Today, I received the second laptop after waiting a week I was surprised again when I found out that it does not have neither fingerprint nor Windows Hello print as it displayed on the website. This is the second time and second issue. They send their delivery differently than the product pictures on the website.

Well, I work here so am a little biased but it's a great place for a cheap computer, you're going to want to order it online though. Just want to mention that they also sell hundreds of thousands of computers, and I feel like the current score does not reflect the majority experience.

I recently ordered a laptop from TSC, came with the wrong adapter. I contacted CNB computers. Samreet answered my text immediately and looked after me getting the correct one. Very pleasant to deal with.

Horrible service. They are very quick to get to your inquiries before your purchase, but right after the purchase, they ghost you. Multiple inquiries over multiple days constantly got ignored. They really don't care. I would not recommend them at all! I sent the items back over 3 weeks ago, the items were received 2 and half weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from them.

Very very disappointed.
