I was a student at CNTAA college and if you are thinking of actually learning anything or getting your moneys worth professional service don’t. The clinic is rubbed by a Persian married couple that both are not eligible to work and are not doctors. They have been delegated and none of the teachers are real Canadian registered teachers. They are all unprofessional and inexperienced unregistered teachers from iran. Do not be fooled by the reviews they force you to write a good review for them before they give you back your certificate. Most classes always end up being online which is ridiculous because you need in person experience to actually be able to learn the procedure. Overall I had the worst experience here and as I didn’t learn anything or gain any skills it was a total waste of money if I could go back in time I would definitely choose a different place.

Dr Azar is very pleasant and nice, but not expert in Botox treatment. Her work doesn’t last even for a month and offering a deceiving promotion which absolutely is a ripped off. Be very careful if you need Botox injections

If you are looking for a place to learn and get sufficient experiences as an esthetician, I highly recommend you stop in for a tour. I attended CNTAA from Jan-March for Skincare and Laser Technician courses. I am so happy with the education I received. All the instructors such as Mahnoush Momeni are engaging lovely and energetic. I will definitely be back to take advantage of advanced related courses.

Done a micro needling here and cost me a week of having an acne all over face. Such infectious acnes that it got me more scars! Not sure if they didn’t clean my face before. After that ive done microneedling other places but no complications whatsoever

I am a former student of the Aesthetician Diploma program and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to educate themselves to a professional standard. My teachers Miss Diana and Dr. Azar and Dr. Momeni were very detail oriented when going through the modules, keeps a very high standard of sanitation, and professionalism as well as really took the time with every student to ensure they got a great education through this course. After graduation, I started my own business and the college supported me in all aspects all my instructors are helping me through the difficult starting process. I just graduated from the CNTAA College. It was a wonderful and amazing experience. The instructors (Mrs. Azar) are well-trained, accepting and easygoing. I went there for a filler treatment on my lips expecting just a good job but I received none of that. My lips got uneven and when I went back for them to repair their mistake they treated me very rude, raising your voice and saying to me that my lips looked worse before the treatment! Let suppose it was like that, well.they didn't correct anything 'cause now it looks worse! Than before!
I was happy with my lips and I just went there to get a little bit of plump, but what I got is a ball of product on one side of my lower lip that they can't see! (?) And then They want me to pay extra money to repair their mistake!
They even said the inject me extra product as a present (something i didn't ask for) but im sure that was a lie.
Unbelievable! Very unprofessional and not a good way to treat a client.

I got a groupon for "One Facial, Microdermabrasion Treatment, and Non-Surgical Face-Lift" for $39.

The actual facial felt decent and this was my second time at a facial (first being many, many years ago). I really did not know what to expect. The lady that did my facial did not say a word to me unless I asked specifically what each thing was.

I realized at the end that I didn't get a non surgical face-lift at all. The doctor outside explained that my skin didn't need it so they gave me a scrub instead. Now I appreciate the customization for my face but you should have made this evaluation at the beginning and asked me whether swapping it was okay. I mean I can just do a scrub at home for pretty cheap but not a non-surgical face lift.

My face did feel pretty smooth and hydrated right after the procedure.

However, the day after my face was fairly swollen and had red blotches- my eyes couldn't even open fully. Then the second day after, there was less redness and less puffiness but I noticed my face was very bumpy. My skin was fairly smooth before with some inconsistencies but now my skin was entirely full of small bumps! No one there told warned me about any side effects at all or any post treatment face routines to do or not do. And to my knowledge my skin has never been allergic to any products.

The lack of communication here is terrible and now I wished I never gone.

There was a deal on Groupon for 2 facials, microdermabrasion, and non-surgical facelifts for $69. I booked the appointment for me and my mom. I told the lady (Azar? Azza?) I have sensitive skin and have been on Accutane due to acne issues and she's like ok. Before beginning, I asked her if the products she will put on my face are suitable for my skin. She said yea. I didn't see the bottle or the product. And then every product she put on my skin burned my skin, this happened about 3 times. So she just put on product and took it off. She wet the towel with warm water and wiped my face, that hurt. I told her so she used wet gauze, which was better. She put the product on my skin and then accidentally touched my eyelid and my eyelid started burning. And then she put another product with a brush and it burned more than other products and I was getting angry. And then she went to get a product to soothe the Burning. And rather than putting the product in her hand and putting it on my face. She pointed the bottle and squirted it on my face. AND IT WENT IN MY EYE. So I stopped the facial about 20 minutes in. I was waiting for my moms facial to be done, so I rinsed my face with water, and its Burning still. I came home and I washed it with Cetaphil and put on my sensitive skin oil-free moisturizer. My face was still really red. I didn't pay for mine but paid for my mom's $40. The guy (Amir) said no don't worry but I didn't want to talk to him and I didn't want to feel guilty even though my mom didn't even enjoy her facial. Also, the lady was not wearing gloves while giving me my facial, the facial/shoulder "massage" was dry and there was no pressure #wasteoftime. I do not recommend this place if I could give 0 Stars I would.

Response to owner: *have been on Accutane* as in in the past. 2012 to be specific. My skin has been sensitive ever since. I can show you my prescription records. I'm not exaggerating anything. This is what happened.
