Wish I could give 0 stars.terrible operation. I can't wait for ride sharing like uber and lyft to finally make taxis obsolete.

Uber failed us this evening. Co-op cabs came and saved the day! Driver even asked which route he should take to get us home!

I would have rated it higher if only the arrangements were made on time, communication was clear and the waiting times are no longer than 15-30 minutes instead of being constantly put on hold and operator was not reachable. Moreover, we had to wait for almost 3 hours just for a ride to come pick us up.

Got charged $115 for a $15 cab ride. Tried contacting the financial department several times and got sent to voicemail each time. Ridiculous. Will never take a cab again

Called for a disabled senior, after an hour some rude man from the company called to say he didn't have a van and covid ruined everything and can't just pick a car out of the air.
Told him he was rude and he responded he's been doing this for 40 yrs and hung up. Maybe time for him to retire lol. Thank God for Uber. Never a wait time and always pleasant and clean. Disgusting service.

Absolutely horrible service. The driver’s constantly stall for time, after being assigned to you. Chilling at dufferin mall parking lot with their friends. Some times accepting and completeing other fares, while theyre assigned to you (not realizing you can see their gps position on the app, as they lie to you when you finally get in the cab 30 minutes later). The drivers will also ignore you directions and take you on the worst possible routes, to run up the meter.

Its a really good experience with this cab company. On time, courteous and clear communication.clean cabs and timely service.

EXTREMELY bad service. If only i could give 0 stars. Waited 1h and 45min for a wheelchair cab. Called after 30 min of waiting and the cab company said they didn't even have a driver yet, and to give them a few minutes. After 1h of waiting, I called and they said that he was on his way. I ended up waiting for another 45min until driver finally arrived. The cab was filthy! The windows and seats were disgusting and clearly not regularly cleaned. The driver drove me to my destination, but the entire time he never had his meter on so I was unaware of what the price was gonna be till the very end. Never using this cab service again. Absolutely terrible waiting time for cab and poor seating environment. I highly recommend any other transportation services but this company.

Daughter had critical need for an early morning taxi, so I told her to install app and pre-book cab the night before. Ordered cab and app said driver being scheduled. Presumed this was normal as it was hours ahead of the pick-up time. Pick-up time arrives and no cab. App still says driver being scheduled. Automated answering service with no human or customer service at cab company. And they wonder why taxis are a dying industry? Will never use this service again for the rest of her long lifetime remaining, nor will I.

They don't blatantly discriminate against customers by not accepting rides. Way better than Beck

Co-op driver was beyond rude and didn't follow the rules of the road. On the ride to my appointment the driver started off by making an illegal turn after I'd told him not to go that way, as you can't do a left legally I'd told me. He didn't care and did the illegal turn anyway. Then the Co-op driver didn't drop me off at the right location for a doctors appointment I was attending in a location that I'd never been before. The cab driver realized he'd not dropped at the right spot after I'd gotten out of the cab and told me to walk to what I thought he'd said 602 Collage St.which was not far from the cab. It was actual 622. He yelled out the window of the cab at me "Do you not understand English, I said 622 not 602" and drove away. I will never ever use Co-op's services again. It's Uber or Lyft if I have to go anywhere in a cab.

Cab 01923 was amazing. Did everything possible to try and get me to medical appointment on time in a safe manner. Courteous, polite and very professional.

Awesome, city, I lived here with family nine years. Beautifully decorated. Down town is convenient for streetcars and buses. Every few minutes there is a bus.

Forgot a backpack in a cab and didn't know what cab #. Called co-op and in 5 minutes I had my bag back.

I count on Co-op Cabs weekly! They're super reliable and usually less expensive than Uber.

I took a Co-op cab this morning because it was raining, and I love that I wasn’t charged a surge price. My driver got me to work on time and was very friendly!

Crooked Cabby operating with stolen CO-OP Cab Rooflight but no Taxi Cab plate! White Toyota Camry [CWXB 014]. Punjabi driver has a Kid sidekick who puts on a Sob Story that Co-Op Driver will not accept Cash. Kid Sidekick will hand you money in exchange for using your Debit Card. Punjabi driver has skimmer to steal your PIN code when told to pay fare. CO-OP CAB Dispatcher refuses to answer any questions when contacted. CONCLUSION: AVOID CO-OP CABS! Take the LAW into YOUR OWN HANDS if threatened by this Punjabi Scammer!

The worst ever.the taxidriver who took me to the airport August 6,2022 s a thieft. Changed the money and accepted the 60 only in cach. To theif others, maybe his company. NEVER. EVER.

Called for coop taxi because I had company chit. 5-10 waiting then 5 mins then search then abandoned.called again and 7 min.cabby only complained about coop the whole $20 ride

Very old driver and dirty car, against taxicab's bill of rights. Driver has poor knowledge in navigation.

Unreliable service. I called for a taxi and the agent says the driver will be there 5-10mins. I didn’t get a text. I called after 15mins and another agent said just wait for another 5 mins. I said I didn’t get the text of anyone who accepted my booking and she said sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Another horrible 20mins, I called again and asked where is the taxi driver that I booked and the agent then said they were trying to call me and I didn’t answer BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL! Liar! Then he somehow booked me by this time and I received the text. 45mins of waiting for a taxi is not acceptable. Instead of me trying to reach my destination quickly, it became the other way around and worse. Arggh! Never again!

The man driving this cab was working with a young man doing a scam. The kid pretends the cab driver doesn't take cash only cards. He promises he'll pay you back. The driver confirms he can only accept cards. He switches the cards! The put on his masks saying there's nothing that could be done because no one can see their faces because of the masks. I hope police is able to catch them soon & he's fired.

If i could give zero, I would…. I was on hold for 7 minutes just to place an order with the operator.just pathetic. This company needs to hire more people to answer calls. Just pathetic.

Co-op cabs is my go to taxi service in Toronto. Drivers are kind and get me from a to b safely!

2 cabs drove by me after the Kendrick concert, one refused the other was charging me double the going rate. An absolute rip off. They don’t want fares unless it’s fare enough for them to make $30 or more. Just call an Uber

No good service, not care about your time. I booked for my mother dispatch told me 15 minutes wait time. No show up, again called they said 15 to 20 minutes more. I called third time they are still searching for cab. I then canceled the service and called Beck taxi they show up on time.

Absolutely terrible service. I only use this company because they have a partnership with my work. At least once a month if not more a taxi just won't show up, yet everytime I call the representatives tell me the taxi is 5-10 minutes away. Very unreliable service. Would never use willingly.

Picked up by driver through Wheel Trans service. Driver was rude, unprofessional and made aggressive gestures. Told me that I cannot use a cell phone in his car and made me end my call. I have never heard of such nonsense! What if I have an emergency? Or I get a call that is urgent? Upon exiting, I requested that he show me the policy where it says any customer cannot use a cell phone, he refused and became irate and made aggressive gestures again. If this is the type of driver this company is recruiting/ hiring, your company is going to lose not only money but credibility with regards to customer service and disability legislation.

At approximately 3: 55-4AM on Thursday, August, 4th at Gerrard and Parliament Toronto, Ontario I entered a Co-op taxi and it dropped me off at Parliament and Bloor at approximately 4: 10-4: 15AM I had left my phone inside and he left quickly. So when I contacted my phone the cab driver answered and pretended that I was calling the wrong number on my own phone he did not want to admit having my phone and kept yelling at me for no reason and I told him I would contact the police, in which I did and made a report and called the beck company as well and they also reported a phone loss. Just shocked at such disgusting behavior! Also the police looked up my phone and even noticed it was in the area because the cab driver didnt even turn off my phone he kept it on. So when the police were looking they could see where he was around. Hope he learns a lesson one day
