I just had my policy with them, and all I can say is that they are very professional and takes the time to break everything down and explain it to you. Moreover, the offer i got for both my car and house is unbeatable.i have been shopping for insurance for the last 3 weeks and they were by far the least and more professional than any of the big names in the insurance world

Usually the insurance companies are great if you have no issues/ complaints. Things get changed when you need their help.

I found Louise and Matt great. Anything I needed they were there to help me out.

Hands down, this is the best insurance company ever. They’ve consistently quotes myself and my wife at least 30-40% cheaper than anywhere else, and that is for auto (personal/commercial), home, and business insurance.
They’re a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and responsive. They do things fast, and make it so easy.

I originally called in for a quote and spoke to Louise Griffin who was super friendly and gave me the information I needed over the phone to make a decision. While speaking to her she invited me in to go over all of my options in greater detail. The office is small but you are made feel like family immediately. Louise helped me understand my options for auto, home and life insurance without any pressure and spoke in terms I could understand.

Thy have made a customer for life. I have saved substantially and will continue to send any friends or family her way.

I have been with The Cooperators for over a year, you will not find better service you can count on. If you’re faced with an accident, they make it painless and easy to make a claim. Alex Gutierrez is an effective communicator, listens well, super friendly, not pushy, you can see that this office values their clients and works hard for them. Don’t think twice, I highly recommend reaching out for a quote. It won’t cost you a thing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Their website was also easy to use for managing my policies and it had the option to download digital copies of the same. I would definitely recommend this location and the cooperators to my family and friends.

Good rates but terrible customer service, be prepared to call several times, send multiple reminders by email or agents transferring you to one another with no answers.and you end up with no a answers afterall!

Kevin and his staff are incredibly professional. We have all of our Insurance policies, RRSP, RESP and Critical Illness policies with the Kevin Goverde Co-operators office.

If we ever have any questions/changes or policy updates, Kevin, Louise and the other office members are quick to respond, while being knowledgeable and extremely efficient. We do not have to call any 1-800 numbers and be put on hold; we can call or email and speak to someone immediately, and have things done promptly.

Very positive experience with the staff at this office. I had a few questions about my policy and they were extremely friendly and helpful in providing me answers and informing me about options regarding my policy. If your not sure about your insurance, I recommend a visit to their office.
