I have always been insured with Co-operators Auto from the outset. Service has been good but recently been made even awesome with the introduction of Danish. Danish introduced himself as my personal advisor and it feels really good to actually enjoy personalized service from Co-operators.

My father was with this company for many years and he recently passed away. I went to transfer his policy under my name and based on my driving experience and claims it went a little bit higher. Danish helped me so much in the whole process; he was very understanding and I think he should get employee of the month awards.
Very professional and kind, he did not see me as an individual that will bring the company income, in the opposite he made sure I get the best possible solution he went beyond his way to find solutions that was the most convenient for me. He had a you matter and I will make sure you get what’s best for you approach. He made it all easy on me after being overwhelmed with service ontario and all the hard time they gave me. If I start typing everything he did it will be a long one. May Allah bless him endlessly!

Disrespectful people. Without even hello or welcome or anything. I wanted to discuss the new increase of my insurance! But they seemed they even didn’t want to talk. The guy just talked to me while we are standing.
I’ll cancel the insurance just because of this.

Bad experiences and there is a old woman who speaks Arabic first office on the right she is They are racist and when I asked some questions she was angry and she said cancel from here and see another company

I would give zero stars if I could. This branch of Cooperators is TERRIBLE. If Cooperators assigns this branch to you due to where you live - Call their Head Office, and ask to be switched to another branch immediately. Zero communication skills, they never answer their phones or their emails, and every single employee at this branch is extremely rude. Nobody there seems to know what they are doing. I've had a couple late payments, because they didn't enter new banking information correctly in their system. This is just to name one of the many mistakes they've performed on my account over the years. DO NOT GO HERE!
