The fact your company responds with a "generic impersonal response"
directing them to the very person I have issues with, shows your lack of business prowess and couth.

Shame on you Wes Zacharuk!

- Cooperators as a insurance, company is excellent.

- Wes Zacharuk Front Office Manager is a joke (putting it mildly)

- Reception Front desk ignorant, rude, and dismissive to clients. (acts privellaged)

- Staff in back are amazing at the best of times.

- Don't bother calling front desk if you want help.eg. (never answers phone) just listen to directory and leave message with other employees.

- Don't let your auto policy be handled by this Carleton Place Office, go to another town for service on this particular policy.

Review based on.

- 25+years client enjoyed this office until (June & Kathy) "retirement"

- Multiple policy fu**ups specifically replacement new hires. (Kristy).

- I've asked to speak to Wes Zacharuk (Apparent Agent) 10x in the past 5 years and been ignored. - no calls ever returned!

- I've got (4) Life policies (2) Home policies (1) Investment policy (3) Auto policies.
- The only reason I stay is the phenomenal work by (1) employee (Peter Brennan) *Commercial *Investment *Life
He is the only personable guy in this office, he's been there from the beginning and I wish he was the Agent Owner of this outlet instead because he doesn't drop the ball like the current owner of Carleton Place Cooperators.

I've voiced my concerns privately to other staff for 5 years now, and it's sad I need to say this publicly, but obviously I'm not alone on this issue as I've read and talked to other clients of this office and we all have the same complaints!

Your Front office staff is horrible and reflecting negatively on this current Agent WES ZACHARUK at what point do you take this situation and deal with it as a responsible agent/owner should?

Worst customer service I’ve seen from
A company. The women that works at the front desk was being rude and kept repeating herself, was worried about 100 dollar payment when there was a claim that needed to be addressed

With the manager she sat there saying stuff in the backround instead of the manager dealing with me privately. I’m speaking with the manager she starts talking over me and making comments well
I’m talking. What kind of professionalism
Is this? Clearly by the reviews of only 13 in years of service is why there customer service is lacking.

Quick to reply and handle your issues. You are treated like part of the family. I have all my insurance needs with Wes and his team for many years.

I would give this place 7 stars if I could. Kathryn is just the most phenomenal person to work with. Always answers the phone, and if she can't talk right then she'll tell you and she always calls back. Their rates are very competitive and they work hard to lower your payments without you even asking. We moved all our insurance products to them and never moving away.

This specific location has been great to deal with from day one of dealing with them, I was referred by a friend for auto insurance and dealt with Kathryn Windsor and after my experience with her I switched over 100% of my policies, personal and business. Kathryn and the rest of the crew have been the best insurance company Ive ever had to deal with.
