Co-operators - WD Gardiner & Associates Inc

When I went to get insurance at Co-operators Strathroy, I was utterly aghast at what the agent - Joan - said when she looked at my driver's licence. She said, 'ha, you look like a crm­­nal'. This agent is completely unprofessional, uses indecorous language when referring to THE CUSTOMER and is one of the most irreverent people I have ever met. I find it difficult to comprehend how anyone working in the insurance business could be so disdainful and discourteous towards THE CUSTOMER. It's almost as though this agent believes she has a certain privilege *over* THE CUSTOMER to sit there and sneer at THE CUSTOMER. Or, this agent believes that she is at the Laugh Factory and THE CUSTOMER is the joke of the neighbourhood. Wise up and understand that without THE CUSTOMER you have no future because you've left a permanent stain on the business with your diabolical behaviour.
