CO2 provides top notch service and they go beyond just trying to meet minimum expectations.
They genuinely care about your boat and make sure it's running in top shape.
They did a complete removal of my old motor and replaced it with a new Yamaha. They also replaced the old controls and gauges which made the boat perform and look like new.
Everything was done as professionally as you can imagine, within the timeline that was promised, and within the quoted range.

I would give 10 stars if I could what a great experience. I purchased a Highfield tender and outboard. I was concerned it would be underpowered but Vince and I talked about it and agreed it should be fine. It turned out it was not enough (note to people bigger is better) and without missing a beat he let me exchange and upgrade without any of the eyerolling and "well sir that is what you ordered" that I was waiting for and expected to be honest. I tend to make quick decisions and then change my mind. So when I ordered a second smaller outboard for a friend that was a good deal I thought that it would be cut and dry and no hassles for them.but after Vince brought in the engine you know what i did I changed my mind again because (see note bigger is better) I realized there was a bigger engine now on sale that would work better. You know what I asked and you know what I got and you know I am a very very very happy customer.note also all the staff are friendly and helpful too. GO HERE FOR SURE and the Highfield tender is amazing btw

The Admiral and I purchased a new Highfield CL310, Tohatsu 9.8 outboard motor and a trailer from Vince and the team at CO2 inflatables while down at the Toronto International Boat show in January.
Today was pickup day and to our delight everything was good to go as discussed. All of my questions were answered, the motor trialed and tips shared.
It is refreshing to deal with people who are knowledgeable, caring and who simply do what they said they would do without being reminded. The advice received through the buying process was valid and invaluable, ensuring we made the right and good decisions.
