The worst staff ever the owner needs to do something about the lack of customer service I came in to buy a bag an was dealt with like I was a begger.disturbing indeed.however kees koo vee.an another empty store. #shutdown

I was about to purchase a little back pack. I’m am a big coach shopper buying many purses a year, I had to split payments as I didn’t have my card on me so I was paying with Apple Pay. Something I’ve come accustomed to doing. When I went to pay they had no idea what was going on and were quite rude. Anyway, I drove to Yorkdale that day and purchased it from my usual SA.

I’m so grateful for the superb customer service I received from Judy, Anna, and the entire Coach staff. I came in looking for a last minute wedding gift and could not have had a better in-store experience. Judy went out of her way to ensure my gift was engraved and personalized in time and Anna took such special care with the gift wrapping, accommodating all my quirky asks. Thanks again STC team!

The worst coach store i have ever visited. I have visited this store several times for various reasons. At every visit including today’s, i meet up with staff members that are not conversant with their own products or know how to handle clients. Today, I could not help but notice that Lisa the manager is unwelcoming towards clients and does not seem interested in greeting customers or do a check-in with the customers like the other coach store managers in Yorkdale or Eaton. I honestly feel that this store needs some serious training to be at par with the other coach stores.

That’s why they have this kind of reviews because people who work in this store don’t have any respect for the customers they don’t deserve the job it’s 8: 55 and they are already closed from at least 8: 50 they are just doing the closing of the cashier and preparing their things to go home it’s not fair for the customers to receive this kind of treatment if you are closing before the hour at least change the website page and put the time you closed is 8: 50 or 8: 30 the lady who is doing the cashier out was counting the coin like 100 different time making the exactly time to turn off the lights at 9 pm this is horrible please don’t go to this store make sure this people learn the lesson. Also the person who told me they are already closed I can bet she is the manager so that make my perspective about this store worse

My daughter and I walked in to browse and my daughter liked a bag for me and we decided to purchase it. Beverly started advertising as most sales associates do in all shops which is fine, however trying to sell us the bag from display is not okay. My daughter asked for a new one from the back and it took Beverly and Judy over 5 minutes to check stock. Judy looked surprised that we asked for a new bag. During this time more people came in browsed and left. We paid and asked where our bag was we were told it would be out in a few minutes so we waited I noticed a male bring it out so I thanked him he ignored me and walked past me to a customer who was the same ethnicity as him and since that is also what all the employees were, thinking she bought the bag. That is very biased since he clearly differentiated between us and walked over to her when he saw me standing and talking to Beverly who had cashed me out. I think his name was Dave but not sure anyhow I love the bag I got BUT after making the payment and getting the bag we were told it is "Final Sale" that is wrong a customer should be made aware of this before your associates start adverting products and pushing to make sales and earn their commission. They seem biased but at least unlike the customers they like I did not walk out empty handed learn to treat all customers the same.
