Incorrect price provided by the associate DEC 27. The would not honor and denied giving that price to me and my friend. There was also another item my friend requested a price in that also seemed incorrect

The cashier was rude and I don't want to go back.
I couldn't find her name tag.

Disappointing experience at the outlet today. Encountered extremely rude customer service at the cashier counter, leaving us feeling so disheartened that we returned the wallet we had purchased for our friend.

Very disappointed of the service. First of all, it took long time to get a staff to check price. When I decided to buy a bag and asked the staff to get me a new one, he said policy not allowed to get a new one from the storehouse. I insisted to get a new one as there was some minor scratches on the displayed item, then he referred to his manager. And, the manager repeated that, according to their policy, I could only take the displayed one. I told her I always got new bags in the same store, and she said they stopped doing that after COVID. Well, no point to argue as I didn't really NEED the bag, and obviously they didn't need me to be their customer.

Had a great time at this store… I would like to give a huge shout out to the pretty lady, Pooja. She is born for customer service and definitely the store should have more people like her. She is definitely a keeper!

Loved the collection, store music, and lighting. Again Pooja, you are gorgeous and you are super sweet.

Great store, I got an over 700 dlls purse for about 200 dlls, line up was fast, and lots of inventory, great discounts.

There's always something you can find here for a reasonable price all year round. Whenever I'm searching for a nice gift for someone, i always come here and find something good.

I want to just give 5 stars to the cashier and the girl who helped me in my purchase. I purchased a belt and i told the cashier that i want holes in the belt but don’t want to cut it down as i like the belt which is bit longer and can go to jeans loop. Guy come over there and he just ask us how much size it should be i told them prior that i don’t want to cut the belt. He was not even good listener and just cut the belt and give it to me. Good thing was i see that and when i told them that misunderstanding and its your employee mistake manager come over and start triggering us. Although they give us new belt which they obviously need to. But she was so rude and was not even willing to tell me the name of the person who did this and was saying me that now it’s final sale don’t even think of returning it we already accommodate what we can do. What your employee did is not my fault. So, why i cant return. Please hire those people who are good listener thats the first thing in CUSTOMER Service. Again i am just disappointed with Manager and that boy. Thanks to others for giving excellent service

Was at this store last week, what a great store! Antony provided us such a top service. This is the quality of service that far better than even those luxury LV Chanel Hermes stores. He was such a great help with infos and helping with getting stuffs. We had great conversations. Also Very happy to hear that how nice the company taking very good care of the employees. No wonder. They got some new designs in bags and shoes.i love the bags as I was able to find some good design which were not heavy to carry.

Sales associates are consistently great. Always a good selection of product though I have noticed they don't have as much "direct from retail" bags, and their shoe selection is small

While this store is the one store I alway go to for gifts of any location, this was The last time I ever step foot in here. The store manager is the most incompetent manager I’ve experienced. I too work in retail, but talking to her was like talking to a robot, she was rude and lacked empathy or care for an issue I had with one of my bags. While walking out, when I asked the front door person what the name of this manager was, they told me she was the store manager Tonya? When I told them about the issue I had, even the employee didn’t seem fond of their own store manager either and didn’t seemed surprised as they had told me that I may have gotten a different response to my issue if I had encountered a different manager. Why is that? Because this manager makes up her own rules at any time? At this point I didn’t even want to attempt to see another manager. This experience made me want to give up and just never spend money there again. I really hope this review reaches someone above her as I feel I’m not the only customers she’s dealt with.

I had ordered for the first time online through the coach outlet and was abit surprised when it came in a paper sleeve in the mail and the wallet was in a plastic bag. I mean it's Coach.you would think it would come in a nice Coach box. So I called customer service and asked if they could send a box and they informed me coach outlet doesn't have gift wrap options but I can go to the store and see if I could get a box. I went to Coach at square one and had asked if I could buy a box or if I could get a box for the wallet I bought my boyfriend for Christmas and was informed I couldn't get a box. A simple small coach box with ribbon for the wallet I purchased and he said no. Meanwhile they were in display allover the store. I was not very pleased. I ended up calling Coach Outlet and spoke to Aiman who was so kind and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I was SHOCKED! Aiman if your manager is reading this.you are absolutely amazing.and thank you to your manager as well! I am still so shocked and deeply appreciative of your assistance on our call yesterday. Thank you very much and I hope you get a raise lol I would definitely recommend Coach Outlet and I actually our jaded a tote online today. Thanks again!

I can't begin to say how much I love this store! I have at least 10 Coach purses and wristlets and today I just bought a head warmer for winter! The quality of the handbags and the colours and designs are absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I am loyal and big Coach customer however, very disappointed with collection. Do not recommend shopping here.

Apparently if you lost your receipt and have a transaction on your credit card as a proof coach would not even issue a instore credit.

Went shopping here and had a great experience because of Gordana (i hope I spelt the name correctly). She was amazing and helped us find the perfect bag, we even ended up leaving with more bags than we had come for!

Poor customer service and non professional staff. They lack patience and show discriminatory conduct.
Such a big brand but saving money on staff training.

Long lines but the prices are fair.there should be more selection of clothing for women as men have far more selection in clothing than women do.

Coach is a well known product line but keep in mind there is limited stock on offer at the outlet (my opinion) and there is a line up at the door (fact).

Purchased a bag here, the quality is great and its very durable! The staff here are also friendly and knowledgeable on most of the products, and you can find some really good deals too. Only complaint is that the store is quite crowded and the line takes quite a while to get in. But overall i’d recommend this place!

The manager was so kind to offer a cup of water with my dry throat. Most of their staff are well-trained- product knowledge types of leather with a good customer service. Hope you continue to be great. Happy Holidays!

Usually I have a good experience at this location and the staff tend to be very knowledgeable but worst experience today. I called in to put a purse on hold, gave the style number and was told that they had only 3 left. They were sold out online or else I would have ordered it and got it shipped to my house. They said one was put aside, yay great right, not. I came from downtown Toronto left my young daughter to pick this bag up. Waiting in line for 1 hour and the purse was completely wrong. Big waste of my time and the clerk's looked at me like oh w.e it happens, next.

If you are millionaire, yes they do have awesome items. Otherwise your one month salary you will spend for a wallet.

Terrible experince at this store. I bought $1300 worth of goods last Friday. Among them 4 were men's wallets. At home, one of the wallets was found defective. I brought back the defective one to the Coach store for return or exchange. The casher told me the price tag inserted in the wallet was not for the wallet at all. On the day of purchase, I paid $48 plus tax which is $54.24, but the store only refunded me $39 plus tax which is $44.07. "we can only find the price tag of $39 for men's wallet" explained by the staff, which meant I lost $10.17 for the mistake made by the store.

More than that, the casher who checked my items out was named Nikie (by pronunciation), she was rude, and careless. She used one price tag to scan all the same items, then throw me a few gift boxes regardless the sizes of wallets.
When the items were checked out, a Chinese staff passed by, and asked me if I need any helps. She found out the gift boxes that Nikie gave me were not right for the items I purchased. She helped me out by giving me the right size of gift box. To thanks her helps, I asked her name, "My name is Wen Zhu" she replied. I have to say Wen Zhu is a detail and customer oriented staff.
I was planning to purchase more gifts for the coming holidays season from Coach, but now I changed my mind. The Coach store does not care its customers, Neither showed its respect to customers as a whole.whty should I pay my dollar in exchage of disrespects?
Never visit the store again.

Stefano there is AMAZING at customer service. Super friendly, funny, and he really knows the products well. He was able to find me something better than what I was looking for! He really knows the products and what to reccomend for what each individual customer is looking for.

Customers beware: Always check the receipt right after you make a purchase.

I went there last Friday and bought 3 twilly scarfs. When I got home, I figured out they only put two of them in my bag. However, I was charged for just two and I was planning to visit again so I didn't make it such a big deal.

I visited here again today, and found they scanned an item I didn't even bring to the cashier. They didn't put the scanned item in my bag so I paid $20 for nothing. Making mistakes twice in a row doesn't sound like a mistake and it wasn't even super busy there on week days. I'm going to call them tomorrow, see what happens, but I doubt if they'll believe me because I'm calling the day after. Even if they do, should I drive two hours only to get the $20 back? What a hassle they're causing on my side.

A huge coach outlet store, expect a line up outside (Rain or shine) as they like to show there's people willing to wait to go into their store.

Sales aren't the greatest either. Expect 20-30% off

This is a very good place to find some deals, I am a frequent customer because my brother have a business in South America and I bought all the products for him in Coach and MK here in the Toronto premium outlet, you can find many handbags for $150 cad or less, some reversible coach handbags are around $120 it is very convenient, because in south america the cost is 3 to 4 times the price here.
All the sales associates are very nice and helpful.

One of the managers here is terrible and rude. After anencounter with her last year, I've never been back

I have been coming to this location for years but my recent found sales associate Shannon is truly amazing. She is gem of a person so nice and humble, willing to serve you happily. I am sure she will grow to sales manager level soon. One of the best at this location.
