Me and my siblings went to the store to purchase a bag for our mother’s Christmas gift with our hard earned money. We wanted to make sure we get the right one, so we took around 30 minutes to decide. The sale associate name Hanna, introduced herself, asked us if we needed help, and we kindly said no we’re good. Hanna continues to introduce herself every 5 minutes making sure that we know her name around 20 times “It’s Hannah” x3. It was so annoyingly clear that she works off of commission. The bag was $200, you’re better off waitressing Hanna, at least you’ll give people a good time. She promised to give us a coach packaging to put the bag in for our mom, the moment we purchase and give them her name, she turns away and erased our existence. We will be ordering online from now on.

You should really learn how to give some space to the customers so that they can select the item. Don’t make them feel weird. Today experience was very bad. Bought 3 bags from there but was taking some time to select one men wallet. I asked her politely that why the inner side of wallet is different because I thought it could be mistakenly replaced and her reply was I didn’t design that, Really? How could you talk like that. The most worst part is me, my husband and my baby was looking for bags she invaded our privacy and comes in between to settle the wallets. We were literally looking at the wallets and she was staring which makes me so uncomfortable and feels like racism
You were aware that you didn’t behaved well. Work on your customer service skills.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting in price checking. This particular outlet offers the best deals out of the different outlets.
I dropped by to gage priced before heading across the border to U. S. In search through Marshall's, Tjmax, and the Coach outlet on the state side, I found the Niagara Outlet in Canada could not be beat, price wise and selection.

Purchased a bag and received no help. Came back to the store to purchase a matching cardholder. A staff saw the bag I bought in a different shopping bag and asked if I was going to get it. I explained that it was paid for already. Next thing you know, everyone started giving dirty looks as if i stole the bag. Next time just ask to see the receipt. Who would decide to steal from coach out of all places?

My experience shopping here is fantastic. Thanks to Derrick who patiently assisted and helped me pick the right bag. I got the cute purple sling one. I highly recommend this store.

This location knowingly employs 'False or Misleading Representation and Deceptive Marketing practices'.
The regular priced items are deceptively placed in a mix of all other items marked on sale (e.g. 70% off). This was observed in 3 of the 4 different 'marked down' areas and when the manager was brought to the awareness of this, the manager simply indicated that he didn't see anything wrong with this. He went on to indicate that this is a normal practice and that at the cash out the customers could validate the price of the item. This is highly unusual practice and I've not seen this type of deceptive practice under the brand like Coach which, based on the store manager's response, is a normal practice for Coach. All the other stores in the complex had no issues displaying their discounted and regularly priced items in a clear manner, and where clarity was required, the store management was quick to address those issues. This Coach store clearly is operating with their own Regulatory Act, rather than adhering to the Gov Can's 'Competition Act & the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act'.
Before I file a complaint to the Competition Bureau, I will be reaching out to the NY office to dig a little deeper as to whether this is a normal practice of Coach or a rogue one off outlier of an issue and poorly trained store manager.

Very great shopping experience from the moment I stepped in!
Very friendly and helpful!
Just unfortunately because of my preferences I had to do a return but it has nothing to do with my overall experience.
I just didn’t find what I was specifically looking for, but maybe next time around.
Shout out to SHERA! She gave me the best support and recommendations to try and help me find what I was looking for.
Just in the end the sunglasses I purchased didn’t give me enough sun protection and that’s not because of the quality of the product, I happen to have very sensitive eyes I realized. The purse just wasn’t the right fit.
However I will definitely consider your store in the future.

Upon entering the store, we got greeted by a gentleman. We browsed around, and another gentleman came up to us to help us with pricing and to tell us about the promotions.
We browed more and I found the perfect handbag and a very friendly associate came up to us and asked if we needed any help. And I asked about matching wallets. Herself and the manager helped us find the right match for the handbag and it was all at a great price. They have a great staff to help and go beyond. Thanks again!

A coach outlet store used to mean you could pick up last years styles for a discounted price. Now they manufacture pieces specifically (of questionable quality) for the outlet stores. Ridiculous prices for low quality products.

I have been a customer for a long time and I never felt unwelcome before. Melissa Biancaniello has zero manners and zero customer service knowledge. I don't feel the desire to go back to that store in particular. I can definitely understand the policy of the store and respect it but the way she talked to me about it was rude and unprofessional. Nobody deserves to be treated like that and I hope the next person who has a problem doesn't have to feel unwelcome in the store. She makes you feel like only who was ready to buy was welcome but if you already made the purchase and you need help with something else you are not welcome anymore.

I bought handbags during a sale with an additional 15% text discount code given at the store.same amazing deals as COACH Outlet Canada online. Great selection of the top sellers as well.

Why are their products so expensive you may ask? Might have to do with the 24 employees they have walking around. But they were friendly and helpful enough.

Poor quality bags that are already damaged after less than a week of use and I can’t return because it’s “used”. Wasted money.

Usually a great experience but the last time I visited I found the greeter not very friendly almost came off as frustrated. Not good for the brand and and what it is supposed to represent. They had a great selection and the store was nicely organized. The initial interaction was what ruined the experience.

WORST location in Ontario. The staff are lazy and always chatting on their phone. The Cashier is the worst. I emailed head office and they ignored my issues and complaints. GREAT cusomter service. She made my so mad that i drove 1.5 hours and returned all my purchase a week later.

They have all my purchase history for the last three months.

Please go to Lundys location (female items only) if your in niagra falls or Cookstown location if you want to buy Coach and want good customer service.
