Coad Heating, Air & My Fireplace

I have been a customer of COAD for over a decade. Today, James came for annual service/inspection of furnace and fireplace. Prompt, Professional and on time. He did an excellent job, in addition to pointing out a leak in my water heater that I had overlooked.including the puddle that had started forming. Thanks James for a job well done!

The quote process was transparent and detailed. Multiple options were presented, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Rebate programs were explained fully. The workmen who installed the heat pump, furnace and smart thermostat were exceptional. All three were professional, respectful, on-time, and efficient. Clean up after the job was done was excellent. They actually did more than was required, with no change in the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all the services they provide.
