Coast Appliances - Brampton

Very bad service. They delivered me a damaged washer and dryer and when I called them for the issue, they offered me like 1.5% of the total order price. And when I said its not acceptable and I will like to get a new product they started shouting on me. If I wanted a scratch and dent I would have gone to 20 others stores in brampton who sells scratch and dent. Now when I told them that its not acceptable and I want to talk to their manager they said okay and wait for a call back. Its almost like 3 days and still no call back. I wish I ordered from any other appliance store at least they will show some respect and provide prompt resolution.

I purchased a new Bosch oven and later had to buy a new Bosch fridge. I was helped via the online chat with Parvinder. My experience with the delay, incentives and communication through my order and delivery was excellent! Thank you!

Best customer service experience I have ever had when buying an appliance. Delivery service was outstanding as it was delivered next day. Never again will I go anywhere else as the other 'big' stores provide sub-par service and deliver times are weeks out. Kudos to this place.

Initial purchasing experience was pretty good. However the after-sales interaction with manager-in-training Parvinder Singh left a very bad taste. If you're reading this, go somewhere that respects the customer even after they have your money.

The installers were not able to complete the installation of the washer/dryer because the size of included flexible duct was smaller than that of the exhaust in the laundry room, and the installer didn't have the appropriate reducer. That's fine. It isn't an uncommon problem. Over email with Parvinder, I asked that the installation service that was paid for be completed and I was happy to cover the cost of the extra reducer required. I don't think that was an unreasonable request. Parvinder was borderline rude from the very first email as if it was my fault I didn't know what was required for the installation to be completed. If I knew what needed to be done, why would I pay for professional installation?

At the end of the day, I dropped by the local Home Depot, where one of the employees showed me the appropriate reducer (which cost $10) and told me how to get it all connected. Took all of 10 minutes to finish. The employee also mentioned that this situation is absolutely normal and that the installer should have had the appropriate reducer.

Every time we go to Coast Appliances’s we have an amazing experience. Parvinder Singh always answers all of our questions and goes above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!

I called the Brampton store a few days back for a laundry pair, I was using Samsung Washer dryer and it was making a lot of noise on the top floor.
Luckily, I spoke to Parvinder and he recommended me the new LG pair and I am really happy with this purchase, the machines are super quiet and it is hard to notice if they are working or not.

Parvinder knows his products and always responsive to emails and phone calls. Very friendly and honest.

These guys are best in service in whole Brampton, I have bought from other stores as well where salespeople don't care after sale.

Indeed it was a pleasure to meet Mr Parvinder and Mr Mansoor at Coast Appliances. Both gentlemen are thorough professionals, very knowledgeable about the product, prompt with their answers to any questions/queries and their presentation skills are awesome.
The best thing which we observed was that they were never pushy about selling, all they were focused on was to help us in finding the right product and get us the best deal.
They got us the best deal ever as per our budget and product choice.
The follow up by Mr Parvinder in getting our order delivered was simply marvelous and timely. He kept us posted at each and every step and made it so simple in these times of Covid.

Just called them to compare prices and were completely floored with their service. They quickly offered to do a video call and gave us a virtual shopping experience.
