Just received delivery of my new stove that I purchased after a great experience with the salesman Nick. I had specific requests and he was able to show me an option that fit exactly what I was looking for.

I was referred to Nick. Needed a new washing machine over the holidays and he hooked me up. Great price. Next day delivery. 100% would recommend

Bought a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave. John the sales person was very helpful. Overall we are very pleased with the products, competitive prices, and the service we received, including the delivery and installation.

Poor customer service. Went to the store and was ignored. Upon leaving the store I was asked if I found what I needed.

The sales man John knew what he is talking about, so nice, I was so happy until I came home and saw this in front of my door, the installer took the old oven which i am sure the he will use and make some money (I am ok with that) but he left this pile of boxes

This is my second appliance purchased through Coast Appliances. Service has been top notch throughout both purchases and I owe all the credit to Steven Hall. Steven has gone above and beyond to make the purchasing & delivery experience as easy and efficient as possible. I will be back!

I purchased a washer and dry combo. The sale person, Antonio, he is very professional, patience and prompt response even after delivery. He also follow up all delivery and installation. I don’t have any worry from purchase to installation. Perfect job. Must find Antonio

The experience has been pathetic. I have called for delivery continuesly for 2 weeks and did not get a response. Help desk never has a manager to assist and the delivery team does not return calls. Tony has been hard to get hold of. I have a family moving in on Oct 1 and still do not have delivery or installation confirmation.
Do not recommend this team for your next delivery.

We bought a washing machine and dryer. We were given a date for the delivery but it got pushed back for a 2 days later then it got pushed back again to a week later. We also asked if they remove the washing machine and dryer that is already at our house but when the deliver people came, they said they don't remove. We also called many times to ask about the delivery and they never answered.

Worst and extremely frustrating and disappointing experience ever in purchasing appliances. From the day of purchase to delivery, not a one thing went correct. Major damage (big dent on side) to the washer tower happened in between purchase and delivery and after chasing them for so long they promised to issue a refund, however promised refund did not come and I am still struggling to have the issue taken care of. AVOID PURCHASING FROM COAST APPLIANCES!

Dropped in to take a look at a dishwasher as well as a washer & dryer. We were given space to browse for a few minutes before a staff member named Sam approached us. He was incredibly polite and by noeams overbearing. He answered a few questions and gave us time to think and do some more browsing. During this time he also tended to other customers and checked in with us to make sure we were still doing okay. I appreciate his friendly demeanor as well as his knowledge. The displays in the store were also well kept and easy to view. Definitely go here if you're looking for more info and great customer service! Sam's your guy!

Thanks to my neighbour, who introduced me with Steven Hall at Coast Appliances at their Heartland store, I left the store with a great deal of knowledge about the dishwasher I purchase and felt reassured that I was purchasing the right product. It was a pleasure dealing with Steven and he will be the person I will go to when I am ready to purchase my fridge and stove.

Steven was fantastic! When we came in he was attentive and asked us questions on what we need.
Provided us a quote and shared the process/delivery.
Super helpful and kind.

Can't contain my disappointment. We ordered a set of washer / dryer from them, paid almost 2k with delivery and INSTALLATION FEE.they won't fit in our front door so need to exchange to smaller size, after couple of weeks waiting, they sent us another invoice with delivery fee and INSTALLATION FEE again! (Nothing was installed the 1st time) but we still paid it.after more than a month and paid almost 3k, they delivered it BUT didn't installed it, said "it's not our job! " This is the most expensive set of washer we bought and the most unreliable business.thanks also to John who is always not available to talk to. Waste of money and time.

I recommend to every one and Steve hall I appreciate his help because he has lots of knowledge and experience

John Belrose helped me and provided knowledgeable and professional advice on a refrigerator and dishwasher that I purchased. I would go back again next time that I need an appliance.
