They cannot handle my name properly, they were arguing, my insce number was wrong. They won't apologize or correct. They laughed and had promised an email they can't manage. Everybody is a boss. Small Town mentality, not ready to handle jet setters or professionals.

Staff is amazing, friendly & helpful! I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and have seen most of the Dr's that currently work there and they are all wonderful! Huge parking lot, but there are spots right out front available and I haven't had an issue getting one! No complaints!

Have been going to this clinic for perhaps 15+ years.since it was taken over by FYI there has been no follow up. Today when I tried to book an appointment on line I had to set up an account, which I did. However when I tried to book it would not allow me to suggest a date for verification and although I entered all information, each time I sign in I have to re-enter my birth date.hope to have more success when I call during business hours!

I had a great experience at FYidoctors. The exam was very thorough. Mikaela and Amber helped me on different occasions to purchase progressives and sunglasses, and a follow up to adjust my glasses. Their service is excellent and they are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend FYidoctors, and the knowledgeable staff mentioned above who helped me.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Amber went above and beyond in helping me find the right glasses that suited me. She had a friendly and patient demeanor and assisted me with any questions I might have had. I have been going to this business for years and I highly recommend. Everyone is friendly and professional:)
