COBS Bread Bakery

Fresh and delicious pastries on the daily! I'm happy Brantford finally has a Cobs. The prices are a bit more expensive vs grocery stores, but you get what you pay for. The pastries at Cobs are good quality and it shows. Taste is king. Service has always been wonderful and cheerful from the staff.

I come here for the scones.but stayed for the cinnamon rolls.the lemon blueberry are my fav, but the chocolate scones ain't too far behind.don't get me started on the cinnamon buns.the staff are very perky but not obnoxious. Great to go there in the morning, sorry about my pics, most the pastries didn't make the trip home.

So glad Cobs came to Brantford, saves so much time on my Sunday morning ritual (driving to Ancaster). Welcoming staff, great selection, scones to die for!

They were all out of the advertised hot cross buns. Bought some sourdough bread. Very good.

The bread is delicious. Sour dough buns were nice and chewy and tender. Scones are very good but small

First time here and it was wonderful! Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Bought a loaf of bread and they slice it for you if you'd like! The croissants are DELICIOUS; especially the chocolate one and the cheese/ham one. Everything is so fresh and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Always a great stop, if a busy day or a slower one. Great breads, scones, cinnamon rolls and more.

Great backers. Lots of delicious breads, buns and treats. A little on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for.

I have a challenge for everyone. Go and get 2 chocolate. And 2 plain croissants. Put the plain ones in a box and while driving take 1 bite. Now, let's see if you can make it home without eating both. When you get home, take a chocolate croissant and drizzle butter over top. This challenge will be to see how long you can last without eating them. I lasted 3.2 seconds.

To the Nabobs of negativity, if you went and there was no bread then that is your fault, go earlier next time. As a new store they are still in the newly opened stage so they are testing the waters so to speak to determine their clients needs, ease up on them, you don't like it, go get some 3-4day old bread at the supermarket.

We head here at least once a week for bread, scones, etc. Great quality and wonderful kind and friendly staff.

This was our first visit to a Cobs Bakery. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanness of the facility. We purchased some scones, dour dough bund and bread which all surpass my expectations. The buns were magnificent with a lovely chewy crust. The blueberry scones were excellent, and we will definitely return for more bread.

The staff doesn’t seem happy at all. Always seems like a bother if you ask them a question or clarify. Sucks because the bakery itself is great:/ Hoping for a more welcoming experience next time. Would highly recommend the blueberry scones, the pizzas, the pull-apart cheesy bread, and the delicious cinnamon buns w cream cheese frosting

My wife and I both love the breads, buns etc… and very happy that Brantford now has its own COBS, also the staff is very nice.
