COBS Bread Bakery Stoney Creek

The sign on the road for peach custard brought us in today, to find it was a peach custard danish! Yum! I settled on 2 peach, 2 blueberry plus some dinner rolls, and the peach is SO GOOD! Everything was delicious really but the peach was the best, nothing like fresh baked goods from a cute little bakery. Staff were great, friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable for fresh quality baked goods. We'll definitely be back soon:) I don't have photos because we gobbled everything up real quick

Normally I’d lower by more than one star for this but the store is otherwise so great! It’s clean, staff look mostly happy to be there and the buns are delicious.
The offence you ask?
A worker was eating a McFlurry at the front counter. Not on the customer side.
No eating around the food please!

Absolutely LOVE all their products! Higher Fibre loaves and Buns are so delicious. Their pizzas have the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied:)

Staff is friendly but my concern was they are not wearing any gloves or not even using tongs to pick the bread. Staff just grabbed the bread with bare hands. Its very unhygienic.

Love the chocolate croissants from here, they are huge and taste amazing! Definitely will be returning to try their spinach one

What a great group of bakers at this location. Of course everything here is awesome but the personal touch the staff provide takes this location over the top! I brought in a box Timmies yesterday morning to show my appreciation. Thank you

I have a question, if someone can help, does this buns contain eggs in it's making?
We are strictly vegetarian, and looking for some freshly baked buns in Hamilton, one of my friend recommended, however I have religious restriction, I can't take chances. PLEASE HELP

Highly disappointed with this cobs location. Not able to maintain quality as other bakeries does. Always low on stock, I usually buy high fibre, they reduce the loaf size to small- have a proof- took the picture with comparison.ripping off by making small size loaf. Most of the buns, bread are never in stock and when in stock taste like, its not high fibre, just a regular white bread. They have no dinner, gourmet buns ever. Just stuffed with cross buns most of the tine. Not recommended to any one. They are ripping under cobs name.

Have gone there a few times as it is closer to home and quality is sub par ; bread size is smaller, hot cross buns undercooked, feel they have a ways to go to. We’ll continue to make the the drive to Ancaster

Best Cobb's location in the GTA. They always have a fresh selection available. Customer service here is phenomenal - shout out to Dean for being so helpful!

This is the 2nd time that I came to the Centennial Location and at 745pm it was all closed up. They need to post proper hours on website.

Went at the end of their shift & the young lady serving us tonight was amazing!

Went there DRYDEN and KELLY are great PEOPLE. Got 4 cinnamon rolls and 2 rasberry cheese braided bread loaf bread. I enjoyed them with my family. The people the service and quality is second to none. Will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work KELLY and DRYDEN.

Not that I’m up that early but for those of you who are, Store Opens at 6am. The baguettes are thick and a handful, they just have been originally know for their hot cross buns and there are an assortment of breads, buns and scones. Plus daily creations of pizzas and other dessert items. Have them Skuce your bread too!

Just would like to give feedback to Mr. Pasquini.
As a person working in food industry/retail for many years I would want to know.
Young man working there today, coming from his break (I'm assuming, his name starts with D.) chewing his food with earphones in, packing baked goods, and standing right by the rack with what suppose to be for customers.
Chewing his food right there in sight of customers didn't really look good or appealing to be honest.
Everyone is entitled to break and food, but maybe just stay in a back room and eat in peace.
I'm not sure if staff suppose to be wearing hairnetss, but didn't have it on either. Maybe it is his first job, but I feel feedback is good learning tool, especially for students and younger generation.

Just got home from getting my favourite cobs bread from this brand new location, this aussie will be back on a weekly basis.thank you for opening close to me oh and the staff were AMAZING

So excited to have a location close to home! Stopped by this morning and the staff were incredibly friendly, fast and efficient service, and delicious baked goods

The "authentic French baguette" doesn't have the right consistency nor taste: it is too dense to qualify as a baguette and lacks salt. The price point for it ($3.65 for 300g) is also way too high. It doesn't encourage me to try the other baked goods that they offer.
