The worst customer service I've ever had at any cobs! Usually they are very welcoming and polite but I was treated by the rudest girl, she rushed us, when I asked her a question she was irritated but didn't answer. She then over charged me, when I questioned her, she said 'hold on, I'll look at it' she then corrected it, without apology.

Laura recommended me scone flavours and I'm so glad she did. She didn't miss, especially on the savoury ones

Was here during a busy rush, and I have to say Laura delt with the crowd incredibly. Always had a big smile on her face and offered DELICIOUS recommendations. The 4 star review is only since there were many employees visible in the store, but no one came to help with the long lineup. Thanks Cobs!

Such a nice little bakery:) The buns are my family's favourite, especially the gourmet! Occasionally someone writes little hearts and smileys on the labels of the goods and my kids love to buy the ones with hearts If you're getting buns get the prepackaged ones cause they can be a little hard if you get the ones that are left out on the racks.

Bad experience, we went there on the weekend and I got two loaves and cinnamon scones everything is so dry and it's like very hard bread which was baked 4 days ago and completely stale bread will not go there again

The chocolate croissant was amazing. Soft. Especially when heated which I did for a few seconds.so good!
The place is great. Clean and welcoming. Already getting into the seasonal fall theme. The staff is very kind and always communicating while working from what I saw from the front end. Shout out to Barren, Danelle, Mathew and Harrison. Keep up the great work!

One of the best Artisan Bread shop near my house. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable to give you what you want.

Polite staff and I love the challa bread, this is my favourite although the other breads are just as delicious.

Delicious selection of breads, scones, pies and buns. Friendly and helpful staff and everything is fresh and the bakery has so many selections to choose from.

Very disappointment visit today, I went yesterday and It was close so make an effort to be before the closing today a 6: 58 open the door and the cashier just shut me we are closed. I went outside to see the time table and it was 2 minutes before the closing at 7pm and It was just one client inside, I felt that it was rude not to attend me, it was still time, how long will take for 2 people over there to take an order of a bag of bread. So many people looking for jobs and this ladies pushing clients away.

Love the products at this bakery! Visited here several times over the pandemic to pick up hot cross buns, foccatia bread and other treats. Wife loves the scones here. We always receive great and friendly service! Place is very clean, would recommend for quality products!

The most amazing bakery we have tasted! My favorite is their chocolate collections! They taste so fresh! I love how they have new products all the time!

Theres enough good Italian and european batteries to not need to buy any dry pretty bread from cobs

Lovely ambience and friendly staff! The place was nice and clean as well as quiet organized. Though I must say they excel in dessert breads and loaf breads, I wouldn't reccomend their savoury breads. The cheese and ham croissant, there was only 2 small slices of ham and barly any cheese. The Italian herb bread was good but it was just super dry so it was hard to eat. Their danish raspberry custard breads were to die for. Overall it's a nice place but it's pretty price like 3.24 dollars for a crossost but since it's organic and freshly made who can complain right?

I'm picky when it comes to the pandemic and the way my food being handled.

Unfortunately, not all the COVID-19 guidelines are not being followed here.

The lady before me paid in cash, she got her change back from the cashier. Then the cashier immediately proceeded to handle my bread using a brand new plastic bag, then she put my bread in the same plastic bag (she had her fingers in my bag).

While preparing my bread she also touched shelves and buttons and the cash register. I didn't want to argue so I just stopped ordering.

I don't find this location to be sanitary/safe. Hopefully she didn't service too many customers after I left before she decided to wash her hands.

I drove to another cobs bread location which is a little further from me, to place the rest of my orders. When I asked them about their sanitary practices; they said they wash their hands after any cash transactions. I also got my bread thrown out at this location after telling them about my experience and got a new one from them (I've been to this location many times and this location's customer service is top notch).

Based on my experience, when it comes to the pandemic & the way our food is being handled, I don't find this location to be doing a good job in protecting its customers.

Used to be a nice bakery. It's slightly different now with this area of mississauga incrementally changing every year. Bread loaf sizese is shrinking prices are up and I don't like to be asked if I want the a receipt or not because it's like saying can I pocket the tax. Unfortunately it's becoming a common thing in retail but If I pay tax I expect a receipt it's my contribution to my community.

If I could I would give this place a 4.5 easily. They are a bakery that excels at doing what they do best which is make some of the best artisan bread around. From the quality of the bread, freshness of the taste even days after I can't recommend this place enough for those looking to get some good bread! Anytime I am in the area I make sure to pickup something new to try and make a dish with. The staff is super friendly and helpful in case you are just looking for suggestions on what to try always ask them! They have great suggestions, the last item I had purchased was a french baguette and I made the most delicious breakfast meal with it. Next item I am looking forward to trying is there Brioche bread!

For anyone near this area or looking for a place to get some good bread I recommend this place!

Came for some hot cross buns and got an italian bread also. Asked to get it cut so I can seperate it and freeze it. The attendant cut it and put it in 2 different bags so I it is already ready to be frozen. Thanks

Always fresh baked bread, buns and pastries. Artisan crafted sourdough bread including my favourite sunflower flax sourdough.

Excellent service and great products.especially the holiday scones which I always share with family. They are a hit with everyone. My favorite is gingerbread!

I love this bakery! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Obviously the sign of a great owner. I bought the pull apart cheese loaf for the first time yesterday. I wanted to give it a try even though its a bit on the pricier side. I was expecting at least a bit of cheese through it? Is this how it is meant to be? I want to know so I don't purchase that again if that is the case.
Our family faves are the Capeseed loaf and high fiber white. I will continue to be a customer-so many great products.
