Made me buy a drink just to get water, and when I got the drink the boba wouldn’t separate at all, making it almost undrinkable. Worse service than any other coco I’ve been to.
Good experience, came on the coco anniversary day and the team was fast in getting orders out quickly. It is a small location and has no seating options.
I had no idea what Sago was nor had ever been to Coco till today and I have to say I'm a big fan. Sago is like the miniature cousin of the tapioca pearl and you don't have to chew them since they are so small, it was a very fun texture. Anyway, the location is very small and unassuming unlike other bubble tea shops in the area. They aren't what I'd call trendy, however, the boba was delicious and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend giving it a try especially if you've never had Sago before.:)
I've been to other locations but, first time visiting this one. The quality is the same as the rest of them, very good quality. Had the King Lemon, a nice drink on a hot and humid day
This location is super fast. I only wait 5 mins after order. Also, they have monthly special 3.99. It is great to spend 4 dollars for a bubble tea. The cheapest bubble tea in Yonge and Gerrade.
The Pearl Milk Tea Smoothie (30% sugar) is suprisingly delicious! Flavour is the same as regular milk tea but the texture is just different in smoothie form.
It is nicely located together with other takeout restaurants with a seating area so you can get food and drinks from different vendors! Coco has a great selection of drinks and reasonable prices, and usually the monthly deals are so worth. I would say the only downside to this place is the size because there tends to be a line and it’s kind of uncomfortable and awkward to line up right in front of the door, and it’s usually pretty cramped too. Service is quick and drinks are very good, especially the milk teas.
The place is a bit small, but as is usual for places in downtown. There is no nearby parking. But it is by eaton center so a great place to cool off for the night. The lines can get big, and may even look bigger than is with it being a small place. My personal favourite is 3 guys
There is always this one older woman working cash for that has a disgusting attitude. Her customer service skills aren’t the greatest. The space is also too small, and can get very crowded whenever there is a promotion going on. However, the bubble tea itself is great.
Great bubble tea at decent prices! They make the drinks fast and I don't have to wait long for them. They always get my drink correct as well. Sometimes it does get crowded and there is limited seating.
Ordered the taro milk with tapioca pearls and it was refreshing and perfectly sweet and delicious. Always a bit of a wait but the products are consistent no matter which store you go to. Nice staff and very busy.
Coco day the tea 2.22$ is aweful! Bubbles are raw and no taste not sweet. Just attracted many cheap students to come buy and waste of my time to buy a regular drink 6$! But because your bubbles are not enough to feed those cheap drinks also affected the regular tea i bought. You gave the worse bubble not fully cooked! Drop those cheap Coco day cheap tea! You will not make any sale as 3 cheap drinks = 1 regular drink but also drag the regular drink quality down!
CoCo with the worst service because it's the only one that doesn't allow for accomodations such as using splenda and caffine free tea bags. Not sure why this one is so rigid. It's very tough for people with dietary restrictions. The Real Fruit down the street and all the other bubble tea places in Toronto are very accommodating except for this one.
Coco Bubble Tea is delicious, it by far beats any other bubble tea place because they get the tea just right and the pearls are to die for. Yes it can be a little bit pricey but you pay for quality. Whenever i go there i usually try to get different things each time and am always looking for something new to try on their huge menu.
Good service however, they need a better space. It gets busy all the time and the lineup is everywhere like a total chaos. I hope they figure out how to manage their little location sorting out lineup for order and pickup. Just a suggestion: get rid of the tables and chairs infront that way people aren’t blocking the main entrance of the store.
