There’s this one asian worker that’s always in a bad mood like she doesn’t wanna work there. Always give customers bad attitude and thinks she’s it. A huge turn off because her coworkers seems nice yet she brings the team down.

Very bad customer service.
Came in earlier to buy the brown sugar pearl milk tea in promotion but they said they ran out. Asked if they can substitute the ran out brown sugar pearls for just regular pearls at the same promotional price and they refused.

Good place for tea lovers. My favourite is brown sugar pearl tea or latte. I didn’t try much of them here but BSPT is so good.

I love this Coco location. The interior design and color tones are really nice and bright, and the seating is very comfortable. Additionally, the environment is very clean. I ordered the March special QQ drink with no sugar, which came with sweet photo tapioca and ube. It tasted sweet enough because the milk tea and tapioca already had sweetness.

I was there to order Mango Smoothie with Coconut Jelly as an ad-on. Staff greets the customer upon entering the shop. Nice neat and clean place.

My friend and I frequently come here to study so I feel like I conditioned myself to want to do chemistry when I’m at this location. Nonetheless, it is a great establishment with good service. The bubble tea orders are always made correctly and they offer seasonal promotions.

I always order ahead that so when I arrive my order is ready. This location has been great. Orders always ready when I arrive, even when they're busy. One recommendation I have for customers is to try their drink cold with no ice as this way you prevent your drink from getting watery as the ice melts. Unless you like your drinks really cold.

Lots of bubble tea and fruit drink options with sit down area. If you've been to other CoCos then this is like most locations.

I can’t believe I waited over 40 mins for bubble tea even though the app said 15 mins … very unprofessional as people have things to do other than wait for bubble tea … cmon now

Less ice means less ice, both the drinks I ordered had so much ice. Do you guys check the instructions at all?

Run out off tapioca or sago at 10: 36pm but this location closes at 11pm, I end up not buying at all

The amount of disrespect I just got from this place! I was here to grab a drink for me and my niece and was told they don’t accept cash so I said “I will come back and please just make my drink bc I’ll come back and pay” the man rolled he’s eyes.so I went home which I LIVE literally behind it. Walked back to find out they are closed and didn’t even make my drink at all. It’s 9: 10.and the man said maybe we can contact the other location … I was here ready to pay if they made my drinks that I asked for literally. So disrespectful

Have been going to cocos for a while. Their cold teas are great but they also have really nice hot teas. The only thing is that service is slower on weekends and evenings

First time visited around 6: 00pm no tapioca at all! Very disappointed. Re-attempt a week later, they had no tapioca but HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered one drink and literally waited 25 minutes! They even had to ask me what my number was as they had no clue what they were doing. They were calling out numbers of people that were told to wait outside! Far more better bubble tea places to go than here.don't waste your time.

Very clean restaurant and very friendly service. I would go again and again. They were sold out of tapioca at the time, but will order from here again as it's in a much better location compared to the one nearby at Eglinton and Hurontario.

Great location like the Eglinton one.
Ordered the coco and caramel milk tea w/ brown-sugar pearls and both were DELICIOUS.
Can’t wait to see the location in-person!

Super excited to see one open in this plaza. The parking is much more spacious than the one on Eglinton and there's a ton of space inside.
