CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I used to be a loyal customer to this CoCo location. Today, 15-Nov, 8: 00 PM, I ordered Mango Yakult and payed with my credit card. The payment went through and the receipt was given to me indicating that the payment was received. However the employee refused to prepare my order and was stating that the he did not received the payment according to his machine. I showed a confirmation on both of my ApplePay and bank statement, however he still refused and demanded me to pay the second time. I offered to return tomorrow and pay in case of my payment was indeed not processed. Absolutely disgusting customer service. For $7.91, I spent 15 minutes arguing with him. After seeing that there is no point to continue this conversation, I left without money and nor order. Will never return back to this location, will advise all my friends not to buy anything here! I bought a cup of brown sugar at 9: 30 pm, I don't know what they mixed it with, I felt it had no taste, it was ice they crushed and sold it to me for more than $7 for 1 cup, it was really bad terrible and will never return, advise everyone not to waste money on a glass of shaved ice for $7

This place can get very busy. Drinks same as other locations.sugary/syrupy and not very healthy.

Excellent! My Bubble Tea was soo delicious! Service was f & f! Fast & friendly. I'd highly recommend this location for a delicious Bubble Tea & finnish your grocery shopping at the same time!

Brown sugar matcha milk tea is my fav. I always get one when I'm finished with my groceries at Foody World.

I give this place a 1 star. Every single time I go to this place they always mess up my order such as this one time when I went I asked for sago in my drink and when I came home there was no sago and I paid an extra 50 cents for me not to have sago in my drink, then this other time I went I got 2 brown sugar lattes and when I got them I came home and these drinks had no taste in the as if they put only milk and drained the rest of the flavour out of the tapioca and gave it to me. I am never gonna come back to this specific location ever again.

Girl just poured me old drink, when i asked make me fresh one she said its made 5 mins ago.
Got 2 ladies drink, otherwise tasted good. Bad customer service

Long wait to order, and long wait for drinks. Staff were incapable of keeping track of orders. They seemed to continuously playing catch-up. This is the last time that I will order from this location.

Did you know if you have a Coco gift card, this Coco location won't accept it?
Kinda scammy to sell a gift card and then not tell customers it's only good at some locations.
Had to look through the website to find them.

We love milk tea with Tapioca the one with 3 guys (pearls, pudding and grass jelly) price is a bit high but ok. You can choose the sweetness and the amount of ice. Size is fine. Not so busy. It's inside foody mall. Convenient when you're doing grocery shopping.

Personally I don't like the selection of bubble tea here. Tastes like the cheap ones you get from Pacific Mall. Chatime offers more variety and better tasting bubble tea.

I used to order bubble tea here all the time, but the last couple experiences are horrible. The lady with blonde hair kept giving me attitude for no reason like I owned her a millions of dollars. I feel very uncomfortable whenever I ordered with her.

Very disappointed when it comes to customer service. I don’t have any problem with my order, but the staff was so rude.

I ordered mango slushy. Rate was $6.77 that is quite expensive. Taste was just ok. After about 15 minutes later water was totally separated from the mango slush. That was really strange.

Wrong order! We bought 3 drinks: 2 'two ladies' and a mango slush. The first drink was supposed to have no tapioca.it had tapioca. We ordered coconut jelly in the mango slush; they put tapioca, in fact, it had more tapioca than the third drink which was the only one we wanted tapioca in.

My daughter love their bubble tea. Very reasonable price than other places. We got large bubble tea with extra tapioca for only $6.78.

I ordered a large roasted milk tea with regular sugar and less ice, but the taste like water. Too much ice in my drink, and it's really no sweet and doesn't taste tea at all.

Love the bubble tea and service here.always fast and ready to go. Taste is on point too. No complaints! My favorites are mango slush and taro milk tea.

Staff was very rude when I told them I was missing 1 bubble tea for my order. Kept on speaking mandarin to me and I couldn't understand.

Disputed My order with ubereats, definitely won't be coming back to this location. Middlefield and steeles location way better.

This is a very busy location, so try to use the app to order ahead when possible.

Always make sure to check your points! I almost didn't get my free drink because for some reason the cashier didn't input my number into the system 2 weeks prior. The 2 ladies there didn't seem to understand my issue at first, until the line up grew longer behind me and finally they did something to give me my free drink.

The tapioca pearls had a nice qq texture and the the milk tea was nicely made according to my preference.
