The juice there is number one, don't doubt to choose it. My kiddo loves the CoCo. The only place that she finishes her juice happily

My favourite coco! AMAZING ambiance, sometimes slow service because they are busy. I love coming here to study!

Not sure if the drinks were made differently here, but it tasted off and of lower quality compared to other locations. Additionally, the sago felt like they were clumped together — they got stuck occasionally in the small straw, even though it’s never been an issue before. The drink was difficult to enjoy.

However, the atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. It’s probably the nicest Coco’s I’ve seen so far.

Edit: Purchased a drink with brown sugar pearls at this location, majority of the pearls were clumped together as well. The drinks themselves taste okay, it’s just the toppings clumping that need more work.

In the afternoon, I went to the store and bought 4 cups of brown sugar pearl milk tea. I was told that there is an additional charge for the packaged bags. I ordered 3 cups of 0 sugar regular and 1 cup of 0 sugar with ice, but the clerk gave me 3 cups of 0 sugar with ice and 1 cup. Cup 0 Sugar Regular. I found out after meeting my friends that I gave the wrong one. I had no choice but to go back and forth for another 8 kilometers, so I could only accept it silently. Today's brown sugar pearl milk tea had very few pearls, even less than usual. Is it because of this? For the 26th anniversary event, the quantity of pearls has also shrunk? ! The quality and service of milk tea are not as good as before, bad review!

The food and atmosphere is fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a special and three guys which should add up to $14, but the cashier charged me $16. I only found out once I payed, so I asked for my $2 back, but the cashier simply said "No", absurd.terrible service.

I ordered a glass of lemon king. I put a whole lemon in it, but the straw couldn't go in. I took out half a glass of lemon and it was gone. I spent five yuan to buy a lemon and half a glass of drink!

We loved getting our bubble tea from here. We ordered 3 drinks? And when my husband went to get the drinks and asked for a bag they said he has to pay $0.75. This is ridiculous. I understand everywhere is charging for bags now but 75 cents is too much. Not happy with their service.

I like this location and teas. Would you please don’t use mic or volume down? Customers can’t get what you said. So many my friends have same complain. Please:)

I have been waiting 15 m and nobody asking for order even there was no costumer just us and no apology.
Last time I ordered no sugar and mine was so sweet drink! After all emails thay just hoped not to happen again!

No body speaks English here!
They don’t understand when you ask for non diary or if mangoes are chopped or almost anything.
Highly NOT recommended.

If you know your store is busy at noon perhaps you should consider having more staff show up at noon rather than in the midst of your rush hour.

CoCo is always awesome! The tea is great, and the specials are always amazing at solid prices! I had the Caramel Milk Tea, and it was superb!

Extremely slow service. 50mins for 3 drinks. Long line of 15lb ppl e, but did not expect 50min wait. Workers are working and doing their job, but time is too long

Wanted order the Halloween special XXL milk tea i came in Friday at 12: 45pm and they said sold out! Its not Halloween yet and they just opened at 11am. How can they be sold out! False advertisement!

Come here quite frequently and this location would is by far better then the rest.
They always have enough staff and quick on orders.

Good location, quick service. Sometimes gets busy but they do a good job with the rush. I prefer to order pickup as it's much easier.

Very slow. I preordered for pick up on Snappy at 21: 38 and got my order after 22: 00. A guy ordered when I arrived and he got his order in less than 10 min. I also had to ask about my order after I saw a bunch of people picking up orders. She only put it in after I asked about my order which means they don't look at orders on that app. I know this because I got a message on the app that said "your order has been accepted". I should have just gone to Ten Ren as usual.

I’m a new international student, and the music is loud and I couldn’t hear clearly. Then she talks to me in Chinese, and there’s someone laughing, just cannot understand. Forget to say, I am Chinese as well. Awful!

This place is always so busy.
It's almost all the delivery guys coming in for pick up. Recommend to make order thru app and pick up as well.

Staff here work slow. I know stores can be really busy sometimes, and i have worked at a bubnle tea shop, but waiting 1 hour for a drink is ridiculous. The girl also didn't hand out the drinks that were ready, staff should really speak out when orders are ready

Drinks taste pretty good, and are cheaper than at other big boba chains. Whenever I come here with my friend though, he never orders anything, even if he is extremely thirsty. I don't know why he does this, but the atmosphere and drinks have nothing wrong with them.

Bubble gaga (passionfruit/green tea/boba and coconut jelly) is the best, and love that they can do no added sugar, and is dairy free, so good!

I called to ask to order a drink - a male staff member answered the phone to tell me that they had too many customers and that i should go in-store to order.i did.at the store, the drink order was clearly shown to the worker and yet they messed up.disappointed but not surprised.

Friendly staff, quality of bubble tea was 5/5. They were so busy they needed more staff! They were working so fast with such a good attitude. I hope they get a raise!

Excellent tea and juice with excellent friendly services. Great taste with lot of options. May order on line to save time for lineup. Easy parking available.

Closed their online ordering app because they are too “busy”. What’s the point of it and how would I be able to get 15% off from the app. Needed to wait at the store without any social distancing as they let anyone to come in the store. Maybe hired more staff then. It’s almost like this everyday. Or maybe the owner needs to better planning.

Few questions asked replies with such a bad attitude SERVICE SUXS! Ended up going to KUNG FU TEA right beside.
The lady there is so nice and pleasant customer service.
I just don't get the COCO BUBBLE TEA girl, why you work in such a place if you are so miserably unhappy to give respectful, polite service to customers?

Just got a Taro milk tea.
Very poor flavour, so watery and not tasty at all!

Hi owner, I am 100% sure I ordered with that app and from this location. I saw the driver picked it up from this location from the app, please don’t deny it. Please don’t use Facedrive Foods小红车 to order, the $1 bubble tea is a scam. Ordered one cup of two ladies, only got one topping, maybe they run out of pearl, but no any other compensation provided. The app charges delivery fee $6 for 2.7km distance, extra services fee $1.5 for payment, total fees added up for almost $10. And the bubble tea was not the one that it should to be.

This place is crazy busy! I used the app to order, which by the way the app is great. But still waited 15 minutes! On a Tuesday night during lock down! I guess that means they taste amazing right?

Lemon black tea and chocolate milk tea is bomb! Always made quickly and perfectly. Never once had an issue here and their uber eats promos are awesome sometimes! Wish they'd offer more in-store promos. I'd get bubble tea more frequently

Coco is one of my favourite BBT chains, however this location doesn't put enough toppings and it's not as flavourful as the Vaughan location.
