Front cashier was so un happy, moody, the way she talked like not friendly at all. Come on your at food service you should approach nicely to your costumer. I bought 3 drinks how can i carry she don't even give me tray to hold my drinks. Service was really really bad. You should train your people how to approach costumer not to hate your costumer. Please take an action.

Two customers in front of me with a total of 5 drinks ordered and i order two drinks. Apparently when you’re incompetent it takes a little over 20 minutes to make 7 drinks. Friendly, just brutally slow.

The workers there are so unhappy and just going through the motions. Also, paper straws are disgusting and don't last throughout the drink. Get bamboo straws.

I always get the same item. Mango slush 50% sweet light tapioca. They are fast plus it’s very clean and the guy told me to order on their app and it’s cheaper than how I was originally ordering which I appreciate:)

Roast milk rea has no taste, feel like half water in there. Not honour the special. It’s only 1$ different.

Didn't get my points on my drinks, also the pudding in the banana pudding smoothie gets blended in so it's best to get an additional topping in it

This location has previously been high quality but they have recently hired staff members that have changed the overall culture of this location. They now play loud and offensive music within the store that is inappropriate for children and make racist remarks towards Asian and European customers.

Such a great location! I really enjoy the clean and welcoming atmosphere in this store, plus the drinks are always made wonderfully! I recommend the strawberry black tea macchiato, very delicious:) Thanks to all the CoCo staff for being so great and friendly

Owner did a great job with our company order of 50 bubble teas. We needed the order on a specific day and time and they delivered beyond expectation. We got our order as specified and the bubbles and teas were extremely fresh and well received by people within our company. We would definitely use them again for future orders within the company.

Bubble tea and customer service here is always amazing, super friendly staff and drinks are always made perfect to order!

Coco has best mango slush! I think they put in yakruit which brings back childhood memories lol. With pearls and coconut jelly its perfection!

My last visit, it felt like i wasn't a customer and more of a friend. Love the staff, and love the drinks!

Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea>

This is one of the best bubble tea shops I have tried so far. They have an app that makes it very easy and fast to make an order. Ready in about 5 mins most of the time.
My favorite tea is the brown sugar bubble tea.

This is the best coco I've ever been to! Fast, efficient and always taste delicious. Plus the young staff there are always so patient and kind.

I experienced a bad customer service at the store today (around 6: 30pm). There were two employees working at that time (one guy and one girl).
First of all, the girl took the wrong order. I ordered 3 Guys with milk but they used milk tea instead of fresh milk. The girl didn't confirm what milk I wanted. When I said I ordered with fresh milk, she said she misheard without an apology. Even when the guy remade the drink, he put whipping cream despite that the order said no whipping cream. I felt completely frustrated. None of them apologized. If you mishear an order, at least say sorry to the customer.
Second of all, the staff started making the drink even though I hadn't finished ordering. I've encountered this situation at the store for many times, there were times I had to ask the staff to stop because I'd customize the drink. There weren't many customers, why do you have to rush? There's a poor communication between employees. Also, the staff didn't have a friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers. I'm a frequent customer here, I buy drinks almost everyday. But today enough is enough, you guys need to change if you don't want to lose your customers.

Recently, we ordered a HOT taro at the Don Mills and Eglinton location. As I drove home with my drink, I noticed it has spilled due to the poor packaging of the hot drink. To compensate for my lost drink I ordered from a different Coco location. To my surprise, the lid on this new order (still a hot drink) used an airtight plastic seal. My accident could have been avoided had the original Coco location packaged it this way.

Before Covid, the speed of orders were quick, ordered a drink and didn't have to wait over 5 mins. Ever since Covid, orders take at least double the amount of time when it wasn't too busy. The store is quite small and social distancing is quite challenging and sometimes the line goes beyond outside of the store.

I came in at around 8: 55pm on November 12th. This was the second time I’ve come in. There were three people working at the time, 2 females and a male. When I went to order, the man was rude. I saw them make my drink immediately but even though we were the only ones in there at the moment, he walked away and didn’t tell me my drink was ready. After waiting another few minutes, the girl called me over to get my drink. I don’t mind waiting but I will not tolerate rude behaviour.

This is my 2nd visit at this location. First time there during covid was very busy, we went in and ordered, waited for about 20 mins for 8 drinks cool.

The 2nd time (today) ordered 2 drinks online using the app. One macchiato green tea slush (70% sugar) and a taro sago milk tea (70% sugar, COLD-no ice) both large.

After 15 mins of patiently waiting outside, I saw my order was ready but the place never updated it via the app so I went up and asked to pick up my drinks. My slush had chunk of ice in every sip I take. The sago taro came HOT so we told them. They took it back, made us a new one right away but handed us one WITH ice. Okay so we told them, sorry we wanted no ice.so they took the drink back, took off the lid and got rid of the ice and added water.then it came back to be watery with no taste at all. So I went up to them again and asked for a manager. The gentlemen told me he's not in today so I told him this drink is watery and disgusting. I asked for a new drink but requested not to have that same lady with a baddass attitude (the lady who made our drink gave us a glare when we told them the drink was made wrong, twice) to work on it. He laughed a bit and said he will do it for us. The drink was finally perfect!

But I would like to clarify that there was not even one sorry that came out from these people for making our drink wrong, twice. I didnt even ask them to make my slush with chunk of ice again but if this coco at this location keep their business like this, they're not gonna be successful, poor costumer service, poor attitude and slow.

I have been to over 20 different coco and the ONLY place that had ever had so much issue with is this one. The coco at commerce gate always make my drinks 100% right.

Rather go to a further one than this one!

I have this store on speed dial for a reason. They are fast and will take orders ahead to avoid crowding in the store. This place brought me so much joy when the pandemic started. The staff are always wearing masks. I’m a frequent customer. I come here atleast once a week. The new QQ jelly is so good.

Some staff is so disgusting，purchasing a 5.7 bubble tea costs 7.73, told you nothing and give you the machine with some tips you do not know, u do not have the option to choose, I do not care the little money, but this behavior makes me feel sick.

Very sweet and friendly but every time I come here, my orders are always messed up. This is the third time and now I have two drinks that have messed up sugar levels and toppings. Great. It’s clear that this store is managed by nobody and definitely won’t come back to this location.

They gave me a wrong drink first then make another one. I ordered a half sweet milk tea with less ice, it taste like water. Not sweet and no tea flavor. The making process looks not clean, they placed the prepared milk tea in the water sink and use the same sink to wash containers. Won't go back again.

We had an issue with a payment, but the store handled it very quickly and nicely! Thank you. I love their bubble milk tea.

Ordered 2 Strawberry black tea, the quality was not as good as other Coco Fresh tea locations. I can barely find the fruit chunks, not sure if it's the timing that were running low in the strawberry. Other locations that you can bite and chew on a he Strawberry chunks. Otherwise, Would give higher rating.

The staff were kind and very helpful. The drinks were great, as at every Coco location. We were unaware that the bubble ga ga now comes with passionfruit seeds as standard, so it would be nice if that were on the menu, but the staff fixed us up a new one without any fuss (or passionfruit seeds:). Just a bit hard to spot this location, but looks like the plaza is expanding. I'd go back!

First time here. Place looks like they very recently opened. Staff were friendly enough and drink came fairly quickly even though it was hand made. I had their special on the regular bubble tea. You can customize the sweetness and ice levels to the way you like it. Drink was standard fare but a decent value with their promo. I probably would return if I was in the area and wanted bubble tea and I'm not sure where else to get it. I do recommend to anyone in the area and would like bubble tea.
