Use app to order drinks. When arrived they did not look at the order and asked me to wait additional 10minutes. Not even any customer in store. Not suggest anyone to order at this store.

I have to change my original review. This used to be my favorite place for bubble tea, but today, everything I tried to order, they wouldn't do basic things other locations do, like changing the amount of ice or sugar. They kept saying all the drinks are fixed and can't be changed. We all know that's wrong. This location has always been very good. But not anymore. I will never buy from this location again.

As we entered coco, it was a pleasurable sight with the nice interior decor. I couldn't resist taking a selfie at the grass wall. The service was fast and efficient. Small place to sit and have your bubbledrink and nice to hang out if u get a seat. Had matcha. 3 guys.bubble gaga and lemonade strawberry. Only did not like the 3 guys.it was too plain.maybe amshud have added redbean toppings.wud have changed the taste for better I guess. Most importantly. OMG! The pearls are like none other.soft and chewy at the same time.it was a fun experience and blew me off.definitely load your drink with pearls?

No food only offers drinks. Young teenagers work there. I can see they work hard nonstop, very busy, and shy teenagers.

I haven’t been there for a long time. Today I stopped by and ordered a cup of charcoal-roasted milk tea. It was really bland and tasted almost like water. The quality was really poor!

Always love coming to Coco for a quick boba run! They have so many good flavours and their tapioca is sooooo fresh and flavourful! Definitely recommend it, especially for late night bbt runs!

Extremely unsanitary and toxic manager (Selina)

I tried working here and had to walk out on second day of training.

Nothing they use to cook/prepare food is cleaned with soap. Everything is just BRIEFLY rinsed with water. Selina would look impatient whenever I tried to actually clean something. Theres this greasy pot that’s always used, but when I asked about it, she just said that’s how it is… you can literally feel the grease on this pot and all they do is BRIEFLY rinse it with hot water.

On second day of training (not paid), Selina was already yelling at me and scolded me as if she was superior. She also did this to current employees. She yelled at any minor mistake instead of actually training you, she would just stand there waiting for you to figure things out. This was supposed to be a training period, and I’m not even getting paid yet. It can only get worse from here. So I decided to walk out after she yelled for 5 minutes straight. I really tried to be patient and accommodating, but she just kept going. It’s like she’s trying to take her anger out on all the employees.

I’ve worked at Costco and Burger King, this is not how the training process is like. Never mind the yelling and scolding towards employees.

I should’ve realized something was wrong when they barely interviewed me, and everyone there was basically new despite how old the store is.

I’m writing this to warn customers and potential employees.

Coco is my favorite. They are always more organized and has a uniform on. The other bbt places are too casual. They currently have their matcha special for $4.50. A very good deal!

Terrible customer service and extremely failed management!
Our company placed an order thru the FANTUAN app, after 18mins we got a message said our order had been canceled by the store, we call to the store to find out what happened.a guy was nice and patient to help me, he suggest me make a re-order again, which the APP unable to place the order.we required to make a phone order for the meanwhile our colleagues had been waiting in the store for 20mins.while we were re-placing the order on the phone, there was a lady beside to stopping our order and told the guy hangs up the phone which she unclearly understand what was the situation. Her attitude was very rude and extremely terrible on the phone with me.
Honestly, If she didn't want to make the sales we would love to help her store to stop an order from now on.however, I felt sorry for this store, if you're the owner or the store manager one day realized your store is losing sales, please go to ask your "Excellent" manager " Salina".

This location is typically slower than the others that I've been too; I've ordered from here quite a number of times and it's been consistent with the longer wait times. I've ordered in person and through third party platforms and it's always been the same experience.

It seems that there is always someone in training (which is totally fine), but a little communication would be helpful. In my last experience, they were trying to process a gift card but wasn't telling me what was going on. I stood to the side for a long time not knowing if I needed to do anything else and also waited for my receipt. I didn't end up getting my receipt as they moved on to the next guest. I sat and waited awhile, and even heard some other guests talking about how long the wait was for their one drink.

The quality was definitely still there- I ordered the Matcha Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea that was on promotion. I think next time I'll order with no sugar though, quite sweet even with 50% sugar (which was the second lowest option for the amount of sugar).

The wait time is atrocious even with 3 employees working! I was 2nd line and the person ahead ordered maybe like 3-4 drinks. I literally waited 20mins. Ridiculous. Going to avoid this location

Edit: just a response to the reply below. I went at 9: 15pm on a Tuesday night, I don’t know if that’s considered “peak hours”

One of my favourite bubble tea in town. I always get 3 Guys bubble tea there. It is milk tea with grass jelly, pudding & pearls. The texture of their pearls are just right. Not too hard & not too soft. Its worth to get the size large cause it only $. 50 more from size medium.

Their other signature drinks like QQ milk tea (milk tea with taro tapioca), Bubble Gaga (passion fruit tea with coconut jelly & tapioca) and Mango Yakult (with coconut jelly) were also very tasty and refreshing. It was quite special! They can customize most of your drinks at your preferred sugar level and amount of ice.

It was nice to visit Coco again after their new renovation. They were really busy. The queue was quite long. We waited over 30mins to place order and get our drinks right at the shop. Despite the long wait, the drinks tasted yummy and the price was a good deal for size L bubble tea. Their May Specials ~ Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Milk Tea was quite yummy. You should give it a try if you like Matcha.
