They need to make sure they make enough strawberry and brown sugar mix to last the entire day. I got the last strawberry drink of the day and it was so watered down, did not taste good at all. I recommend to only visit during the day, when they have enough supply.

Hands down my favorite bubble tea in the city. The taro milk tea is to die for. The only reason I don't give five stars is that on multiple occasions I came in and they just didn't have taro. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE TARO! But staff are great and bubble tea is delicious.

Imagine only 1 not so experienced worker with a trainee on a busy Friday night. Chaotic and slow

This bubble tea spot is very good. The tapioca and sago are perfectly cooked and they make your drink delicious. Had the Taro sago slush and the passion fruit green tea - perfection. There was only 2 staff there when we went and we waiting about 20 nights.that’s the only downfall if you’re walking in. Still worth it. Price is good and quality is on point.

Have had the Grapefruit Yakult and strawberry Latte. Both amazing and had lots of fresh fruit in it. Strawberry latte definitely amazing with a really soft strawberry sweetness to it.

I have been drinking Coco for years. In China Coco is a well known brand. I was very excited when they opened in Ottawa. The store is clean, the milk tea is delicious.

They don't have anything good on their menu without caffeine or dairy. I feel like they should have caffeine options for their teas. Chatime is better.

This is a really big move for Coco and I hope the franchise opens up more stores in Ottawa like in the GTA. However, why is this store not on Skip the dishes yet? Presotea, ShareTea and even chatime are making so much money from.uber eats and skip the dishes as people WANT bubble tea delivered. Please think about it. You will get alot of orders instantly. As I am a student and can't bus over everyday, if you offer delivery I might order bubble tea everyday!

Bright, airy space with an exciting vibe. Quick service if there is no line up. Lots of choice and great for the drink specials. First time here and just took the regular sugar and this was way sweet but this can be adjusted to your taste. Three guys milk team was good, pudding was a little weird and the bubbles were a bit chewy. A bit softer would be my preference but to each their own. Forgot to take pics to post.

The service is astonishing! Super fast. Super polite. And they have time to clean the counter between EVERY customer. I love the design of the inside of the shop too. Bubble tea is GREAT and the prices are ok. Do yourself a favor and try them out! They also have seasonal drinks. Get them while they're hot/cold

You can customize your choice of boba or jelly. If you like aloe or coconut jelly, this is the place for you.
You can also customize the amount of ice and sugar you’d like. It’s kind of pricey but it’s my favorite bubble tea place to go. I used to go to the one on spadina when I was in Toronto, I’m glad they have this one in Ottawa now.

The customer service is garbage, but the drinks are good, otherwise I would've given only one star. They are so inconsistent in how they run their promotions. I had a bunch of free drinks coupon and depending on who's working, I was able to either use a few coupons together or only one coupon. It doesn't even say on the coupon that you can't combine more than one. They take forever to make the drinks, which is really inconvenient when there's no designated parking. And, they don't even take phone orders.

Place very busy. No place to sit because there are to much students who chill for awhile without consommation. But the Bubble teas are good

Store is so clean and nice. So many options for flavours and toppings. I came here twice and my drinks were amazing both times. I really love the atmosphere, and will definitely come back more:)

Saro taro milk tea was pretty good but I didn't really like that the pearls were so small that it was impossible to chew. Next time I would ask if I can substitute for bigger ones. I also did not add any sugar and took the "less ice". Next time I will ask no ice as it dilutes the drink and the flavour.

Love this place! They're one of the few around that cooks the tapioca pearls enough (for my taste anyway). The staff are nice and the place is clean.

While some might think the bubble tea scene in Ottawa is getting crowded, I think there is enough variety to justify the different chains. Love the strawberry slush!

Amazing customer service and prices/ but I honestly don’t like the brew they use- it’s not strong and way to sweet even though I get less sugar. They have the BEST matcha I’ve ever tried though. I personally didn’t like their milk teas and manga green tea compared to other bubble tea places in Ottawa.

First time buyer, drink and service were great.

Floor is unbelievable awful, full of muddy water, check out the picture I took in the night, they didn’t even put a floor mat for the ordering area. No any care of customer’s safety and user experience. Told the cashier of muddy floor and missing caution sign, no action was taken.

Tried pearl milk tea with half sugar. I liked it has rich tea flavour compared to other stores’ bubble tea. It tastes good. Half sugar was sweet enough for me.
