I recieved the wrong order multiple times and my drink never had any toppings although I always asked for them and was charged for them.

A newer store at sherway, not much of a service when ordering through their app. The drinks are fairly good, drinks are never made wrong, there isnseating areas and they are right below the food court which is a great location in front of entrance.

Staff have always been pleasant and fast to make the drinks:) I'd give a 5 star, but I've been told on my first 3 visits they do not have a lactose free milk option, but on my 4th visit, I was told all their drinks contain a soy based creamer - meaning all their drinks are lactose free. I'm not sure if that was a recent change, it had been about a month since the last time I was there. But if not, then I had been misled and staff did not know the ingredients of their own products! Anyways, I'm always happy to hear there is a lactose free alternative so I can have the tastiest drinks

Awesome & Delicious bubble tea. Variety of teas and toppings. You can customize the amount of ice / sugar. There is option for hot tea as well, haven't tried yet. My favorite part is they give you a little bag to take your drinks to go. Super convenient to bring at home to enjoy with dinner. The seating area to the right is fairly private and calm. I order in person and everything was prepared fairly quickly. During the holidays it was busier, but the flow was reasonable. Would recommend!

Tasted so good, I had a fantastic first and second experience! I had strawberry and chocolate slush, as soon as I drank it I couldn't stop, it's sooooo goooooood
