CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Well, to start with menu has a variety of drink which I really liked. For the service, it’s not good at all. I ordered two drinks and came to pick up later after around 20 minutes & showed the receipt. The employee said it’s not ready yet however I waited there for 10-15 minutes & asked again, she handed me a bag from the counter which was ready before. They need to improve their service since everyone expect a good service in return for money they charge. A bit dissatisfied to be honest.

It's not as good as the photo looks.they had advertised buy 1 large get 2nd 50% off but not today nowhere does it say that other than verbal
My paper straw crashed when I tried to poke it, but that's the least of my problems
We got 3 guys, Taro bubble slush was good except bubbles were rock hard, not the soft and chewy tapioca
It's Christmas why serve old ingredients?

Service extremely slow. The girl making the drinks stood there staring in space as if thinking what she is suppose to do.

The speed was really efficient and provided with good service. The employees were using polite words to greet you.

We ordered a dragon fruit slush, which was fine. At the end, I was looking at the pearls at the bottom of the drink. Throughout the drink, I kept on seeing these little white things just thinking that they were the fruit seeds. I picked one out and I realized that they were maggots. I also shared the drinks with my siblings and my sister puked when she saw the maggots that we drank. I also have pictures of them…

It was a super nice experience compare to other bubble tea store. The girl was polite, and drinks making were really fast.

Quick service at 11: 20AM. Also got a 15% off discount during their soft opening.
