I have had good experiences there. The young guy working behind the cash/making drinks was really nice and helped me refund my order and correct it when I had made a mistake deciding what I wanted. He was super kind and helpful. My drinks have always been good, the service is pretty quick and the shop is cute. I would go back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Menu is a bit difficult to navigate, but the staff are great help. There is also a little knick knack shop located in the restaurant.

We had tried so many different branches of different brands. But taste's of the drinks in this branch was not top notch if it is compared with others.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the variety of drinks here, the boba is delicious, and the staff is very polite. The service is also very fast, would recommend & would return again.

We went here an hour before they closed, and they were out of black tea, roasted tea, amd pearls (at minimum).

we were already there so we ordered something anyway but they ended up making our order wrong and told me it was my fault for not telling them when me and my friend both remember asking for them to change the sugar level

Second time (in December 2022) coming here and first time was during one of the promo in the summer… where there was only 1 employee working! What a disaster… ended up waiting over 45 mins for the promo. Today I came again and there were only 2 employees working however my 4 drinks took over 15 mins to make… and there’s a now a huge line up too.

Update: after the company’s comment 3 months ago stating they are hiring new people, etc…. I decided to give it one more try (3rd times the charm right? !) however once again was disappointed! Came back in April 2023 after 3 months and I had to wait over 20 mins for my 2 drinks. It wasn’t even that busy… she was calling other numbers and skipping me and I had to ask if they forgot about our drink. The worst location ever! I’ve been to Coco in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal and Coco is my go to bbt spot. But this location needs serious improvements.

Ordered the matcha milk tea 30% sugar less ice. It was soooooo sweet. Also I’ve never waited over 15 minutes for a drink. I prefer chat time. It’s a great drink and wait time is usually less than 3 min for your drink

Ordered the taro slush and roasted milk tea with grass jelly. Service was quick even though it was fairly busy during my visit.

Nice place to have bubble tea, can get busy and might take a while to get your order but it's worth the wait. Recommend trying the brown sugar milk tea.

This place is so dirty. The floors don't look like they have been washed EVER. Hand marks all over the windows. It's just gross.

Immediate regret when I walked in.

I went a few weeks ago and was served by this kind gentleman by the name of Andy. He was a splendid soul and had a fun vibe. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff make good drinks most of the time. My only issue is that some staff just seem so moody. I don't know if they are having bad days due to customers, or have generally flat affects, but their grumpiness makes me feel uneasy. I always pre-order now because I want to get in and out with as little interaction as possible.

I gave them 2 chances but I was extremely disappointed both times. The service is horrible. The staff looks so frustrated like they are forced to work there.

Also, what's up with the plastic? We're in 2021, I can't believe a business could still use that amount of plastic. They wrap your plastic cup and your plastic straw in a plastic bag.

All the tv/menu was not working. I am no expert in bubble tea and i need a menu to order. The cashier was impatient and not helpfull at all.the cut were all sticky and dirty. I wish they would wipe down before serving as all the sugary drink get on your hand.give 2 stars because drink taste good and 7$ for a large is pretty ok

The passion fruit green bubble tea was great! Love the fresh bits of passion fruit in the tea and 30% sugar was perfect sweetness for me.

Brown sugar bubble tea is yummy also the pudding here is fantastic I dunno it’s just satisfying compared to other places

The product is very nice but the team look really frustrated.
I was asking the cashier about the menu items and she was just pointing with her fibre on the menu (like don't ask me you can read!)
**Management, you guys need to increase the moral of your team.

I got the passion dragon fruit smoothie which was amazing, but a specific employee made me feel very unwelcome. While I was waiting for my drink, one of the workers stared me down multiple times as if I was doing something wrong. She even continued as I got up to leave. This made me feel very uncomforable and I did not appreciate the looks I was receiving. Will not be going back again.

Creamy mango slush. I like that they warn people about dairy products ingredients for those with allergies/intolerances.

First it is good, but now it’s getting worse. There’s a few time my bubble tea is not sweet even I put 100% sugar. The staff should be more friendly.

I like the bubble tea here, but every time I come the cashier makes me feel very rushed and uncomfortable when ordering. It seems like they are always annoyed at customers lol

I ordered a couple drinks and by the time I even left my house the drink were already made! If you want to get your drinks faster I recommend ordering online instead of in store. Customer service is good and drinks are yummy!

My favorite place to get boba in Kanata! I love that they have options for sugar and ice preference! Matcha red bean latte pictured here!:)

Milk tea is delicious, but I don't think the staff are trained very well. Actually, this has happened several times. I got something different than what I ordered. I ordered QQ Fresh Taro with Fresh Milk on the Internet, but what I got was QQ Fresh Taro with Milk Tea. Again, this is not the first time. I think staff need to be better trained.
