CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Tried majority of the drinks. All are excellent. The brown sugar latte is delicious and creamy! The grapefruit green tea is tart and sweet and the strawberry latte tastes like strawberry ice cream. I appreciate that you can choose your sugar percentage and ice level for most drinks. Also the drinks are reasonably priced.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice has amazing bubble tea and excellent service. They offer a variety of drinks, from milk tea to fruit tea, with fresh and chewy tapioca pearls. The store is clean and cozy, and the staff are friendly and fast. I highly recommend CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice to all bubble tea lovers!

Very rude and impatient and arrogant and careless staffs who need to be trained how to properly serve their customers. Never come back again. Would rather drive to another coco then confronting with such staffs. Avoid this location

2 days ago I go to this place and ask for a straw and the lady working there refuses to give me that even I told her I’ll pay for that well just letting you know guys I was a regular customer and like to go there 1-2 times a week but after this cheap this done by their employee now I prefer to go somewhere else. Thanks for such a rude and cheap behaviour.

The tall man named Luis served me tonight and he was super nice and helpful! Great tasting drink, and quick service- I’ll be coming back!

Been going here for years. Don’t know what’s going on but the quality has dropped. Lots of mistakes on multiple orders.

Employees were too busy looking at each others phones laughing while working to give me the correct drink I ordered. Paid for pearls and didn’t get any. Won’t be going back to this location.

My favourite bubble tea place! They have the best milk tea. The drink is very sweet which I love. Only thing is that they close really early now, even though they use to close later.

Friendly staff and quick to make your order! Unfortunately they still haven't opened up the seating area.

I love Coco! However, I am disappointed today. I ordered taro with extra taro in it but got my order without extra and the Brown sugar aswell tasted just like a milk. I understand that there are a lot of costumers awhile back and was so busy but the quality should stay the same.

Great bubble tea, I would say their boba is goated and never disappoints whereas other bubble tea chains is a hit or miss! They always have sales and monthly promos which is a great for variety and trying out delicious new flavours! Thank you for your great service and looking forward to more bubble teas in the future! I usually get the 3 guys, mango yakult, or wintermelon with cocounut jelly! You’ll never go wrong with those choices highly recommend!

Love the slushes. Passion fruit mango and the strawberry with coconut jelly are my favorite.

Not sure why the tables and sitting area is still boxed off. Maybe short staffed? Their other location near Mac is full opened and seems to have the same number of staff.
Drinks were more watered down in this location. They didn't have mango when I went which was half their menu. Lychee yakult (Nov special) drink was ok. I'm not sure why it had a lemon inside. Definitely get regular sugar seemed like a watered down lychee drink

I always enjoy a treat from CoCo but last time I visited, my (cold) drink was a little bit warm for some reason. I still enjoyed it and will still continue to buy from here.

I come here pretty often and recently I’ve found that the service has declined. Some of the drinks taste like water and the employees don’t really update the app when drinks are ready. The last time I ordered I got the notification 45 minutes after it had been made. The staff aren’t very friendly either (the ones at Mac are a lot nicer). I’m not expecting them to be over the top but when I say hello they just ignore me…

I love cocos and have been to multiple locations as I move around alot. I'll always stop at a cocos if I see one in the city! I used to give this place a 5 stars! Which is why I feel so sad to write this.however I haven't had a good experience with this particular location in a long while. I don't know why but each time I come to this location now they are so slow to give me my order despite the no clear visible line. It is a bit ridiculous to wait 15-20 mins for 2 drinks.right? It couldn't be because of online orders because there was only one more ahead of me. They seem a little disorganized lately as well because the other day, they didn't give me a receipt and the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and she was alone? She couldn't make my drink either because apparently she couldn't make the drinks yet so why was she left alone at the front for so long? It increased my waiting time bc i had to wait for an employee who knew how to make the drinks to come out from the back. I saw another customer had an issue but the girl (which I assume was the supervisor) looked like she had no idea how to handle the situation. I wasn't even greeted when I came in as the cashier didn't acknowledge me until i said something. Which is sad because I love when I go to Cocos and they greet me. It's part of the experience. When i left, i did say bye but i had no response from the cashier either My tapioca have been a bit undercooked and clumpy a few times now. I guess I should've stuck with my usual topping coconut jelly or pudding. The tea tasted strange too! It didn't taste like how it usually does. I got my usual roasted Milk Tea with brown sugar pearls. I'm so sad because this location is the OG bbt I've ever had. I'd rather drive the extra 10 mins for the location at Mac. Maybe if I come back in a few months, customer service and quality will go back to the way it was.

Staff is very serious about their job and rushing around. Less communication in-between staff. They should give customers some time to think about. But they made my day with Taro slush.so I'm happy.

This was a really bad experience. There was four girls just playing around and being very loud. There was no line and when I came in they kept their conversation going.
