CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

This place can’t follow simple customer instructions. I asked for less ice and they said it’s not possible to do that due to unknown reason. They must improve on customer service skills other than that great place.

Despite of the fact that this place is buzy, the staffs are always kind and efficient. I got my drink right after I had paid for it. Incredible speed! I for sure will be back and grab other drink.

Coco is my favorite drink shop. The taste of this coco is very good. I recommend mango green tea.

Is this the service attitude? What is this man doing? Bang Bang Bang Throwing things, the waitress is very nice, this man is discriminatory? First prepare for the two foreigners behind us, and then start to do ours. Is this the service attitude? Too funny right? If you don't want to go to work, you don't have to. Who are you going to show your face to?

One of the greatest bubble tea shop. Some people give 1 star, I cannot understand what they are thinking. The servers are always busy that is the reason why people give 1 star.

Good place. Staff are fast but it gets busy. Also staff seems to purposely not put in your points towards rewards/ free drinks and you have to almost hound them to do it at times. Annoying

Have been here for a few times. Previous times weren’t that bad. (Can compare to other Coco places in Toronto) but this time, was terrible. I always ordering the same drink, I can’t choose sugar but ALWAYS can choose which temperature if drink i want. For some reason lady who was getting my order was arguing with me at point “it’s fixed, you can’t change anything “. When I came back home I saw the pieces of milk in it (which means milk ISNT FRESH), I’m so upset about my latest experience and probably won’t come to this place anymore, there’re many better options in that area

What a bizarre experience. I’ve been a customer of coco for a long while now. Over time my fav drink is bubble gaga, but now I get it without tapioca. It’s my drink of choice. So I go to this location. Order 4 drinks (one being bubble gaga without tapioca), and was told no. They can’t do it. Apparently the owner said they must put tapioca in their drinks. Even if it’s just one pearl, makes no sense to me. So for a place that has customized drinks, I don’t understand why the owner would have this bizarre policy. Anyways. What a horrible customer experience. Go to the other coco locations if you can. And if the manager is reading, please feel to contact me.

Products are good customer service not so much plexi glass is annoying the server rudely told me to speak Into the microphone when I’d rather have a more one on one not through plexi glass

Their tea tastes good and their service is fast but the tapioca is really hard and chewy. Even for bubble tea its overpriced at about 7 dollars for a regular size (the smaller option) they do have seating available which is nice.

I love coco. My favorite drink is their matcha latte. The size of the shop is decently sized but more of a takeout place. Service is fast and friendly.

CoCo is my favourite bubble tea chain. I like to order their mango Yakult with coconut jelly, and I also enjoy their current passion fruit juice with honey jelly special! I usually order to go from this location, but I did sit down to chat with a friend the other day, and they played some bangers (aka Rihanna for like an hour straight) so I really did enjoy that. I love CoCo!
