I went to the store this afternoon, the drinks are great and tasty. The cashier was friendly and gave me some good recommendations. I got the drinks really quick. Also she gave me an envelope with coupon which was really sweet. Happy new year!

It tastes delicious! ! ! ! Same as domestic! ! It's just that the attitude of the ordering waiters needs to be improved

Went to the store Dec 19th 8: 30. Night shift cashier girl was extremely rude to everyone. I understand the store is noisy and work is hard. But it’s still not acceptable to have such attitude. Worst service ever. Either fix your attitude or stop working!

I ordered a drink with 50% sugar on Dec. 6 around 8: 30 pm, and I found it was not sweet at all, then I went back asked them if it is possible to add some sugar syrup in it, but the lady told me that her co-worker said that she added the sugar in it and I already drank it so she cannot do that. I always order the same drink with same level of ice and sugar, so I was pretty sure the one with 50% sugar does not taste like that, why is that how her co-worker said must be true but customers has to accept the consequence of having a drink that is not what they ordered? And how do I know it is not sweet if I don’t drink it?

I order for Uber but never received my order when I call the cashier is rude and no help at all 022756

So refreshing! My friend and I got the Sago Mango Green Tea which was super refreshing! It had the perfect amount of sago and was so good as always!

This Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is located closer to Wellesley Station and is pretty good if you're looking for bubble tea. They stay open till 11pm and service is standard. Menus are well displayed and follow the typical ordering process. Service is consistent with other chains and does get a lot of foot traffic.

In the past, we have ordered Bubble Gaga, Passion Fruit Green Tea, and Grapefruit Green Tea from this location. The quality and quantity are consistent with others in the chain. Make sure you know what to order (beverage type, size amount, ice amount, sugar levels and toppings) to make it easier. Out of the three listed preferences, we prefer Bubble Gaga (Passion Fruit Tea with Coconut Jelly and Pearls, which comes in Large only) and Grapefruit Green Tea (with Sago). We usually prefer Coco as they offer the Sago option.

The music was great while I waited for my Boba, my favourite is Taro (Milk) so far. Phenomenal service, but I wasn't too worried about that because of the music. *Dancing in Pajamas*

Our order came super quickly and tasted great but the staff did not seem very enthusiastic nor patient.
