The guy from this branch at this time is very rude.march 13,2023 4: 20 pm. He’s not customer oriented he don’t give time to customer to give him the order. Not good employee for this kind of business. I owned milk tea business but my employees are well trained with good manner not like your employee. Thin guy with long hair think he is chinese, you should train this kind of employee in order to get your customer good feedback

I had a great experience at Coco, the bubble tea shop. I ordered a mango slush, but I guess they misheard me and made a taro slush instead. When I saw that the drink wasn't the right color, I asked the lady making the drink if it was for me, and she confirmed that it was. I then told her that I wanted a mango slush, and she immediately apologized and remade my drink without any hesitation.

I really appreciated the staff member's understanding and willingness to fix the mistake, especially since I've been to other bubble tea shops where they would make me pay again and make me feel like it was my fault. It was great to see such a customer-oriented attitude at Coco.

I wish I had gotten the woman's name, but I want to thank her and the rest of the staff at Coco for their excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bubble tea experience!

This is my go to bubble tea place. It's pretty good and reliable, kinda like Mcdonalds. Its nothing special though. Sometimes I go to the one next to brandy melville like 10 mins away and its the exact same thing. The prices have raised a lot but its still relatively cheap.

One of the only bubble tea places that are open at 11am in the area! Pretty fast service and has a decent amount of indoor seating areas. The bubble tea is reasonably priced, I find the flavour lacking abut but the boba is chewy.

I always love coco and their variety of drinks. They always have promotions too! This location is usually understaffed and can be quite busy with the influx of students.

I got the grapefruit green tea with coconut jelly. 30%sugar and less ice. It was a good drink but a little bitter for me, maybe should have added more sugar. As always the service was helpful and so nice. Not busy when I was there around 8pm
