Doesn’t seem to understand first in first out practice. People who order after you will get their order first? ! Crowded space because everybody waiting for their drinks… go to the next location and avoid this one

If I could give a negative star I would on the customer service. I was trying to order a drink like everyone else and the place was quite busy. The cashier asked me what toppings I would like in regular voice before I asked her to repeat it in which she loudly yelled "TOPPINGS? " at the top of her lungs causing everyone to look in my direction. Customers sitting down and lining up even heard her. This place is honestly a hit or miss when it comes to service. Take caution before you decide to tip at this location. >: (

False advertising on the monster XXL drink. Always sold out. Found out they only sell like 10 of it a day per store. Wasted my time trying to get it.

Very fast and effective. The only negative experience I had one time was their machine was down so I couldn't use the app. Other than that, I would go to this place more often if it was nearer.

One of the original CoCo locations and its open late. Nestled deep in a busy plaza with free parking. It's drinks are fairly good and it's open late (midnight). Expect it to be busy, especially at night. The service was okay and they seemed fairly quick with filling orders so that's a definite plus. CoCo doesn't have a lot of fruit flavours and though I generally like it, sometimes you want different which they don't really offer much of.

Sorry for my poor review but I’d rather ugly truth than a sweet lie comment! Just yesterday had the mango slushy. Left it for about 20 minutes took a sip and was pure water no mango taste half water and half full coconut jelly. Sure the cup and price is cool but sorry that was not a good experience knowing how it should taste and even 5 dollars for ice and jelly not an ideal investment let alone the long wait even wasn’t busy what so ever but thanks for your kind customer service its outstanding. Like any other coco’s bubble tea spot.everything on their menu is available and tasty.parking is sometimes difficult due to it being in a small lot with lots of traffic.

Wish I could give this place a zero star. Service is unbelievably slow. I ordered on the app and already waited 10 min to be told they never got it. Worker later “found it” but waited for another 10 min to say she didn’t do it yet… waited around 40 min for 1 bbt.go to other bbt places in this area, avoid coco.

I’ve been a CoCo fan for years, and this spot was one of my favourite. They never messed up my orders, they have special offers from time to time. It’s just that sometimes there’s long line up really annoying.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star, I can adjust. The drinks and customer service was great by the workers at the cashier. Last week Wednesday I was happy to finally get my 10 of 10 purchases in order to get my free drink. I come back the next day to get my free drink, the lady prompted me to input my phone number. I put in my phone number and she say that will be $7.15 and that I only have 2 of 10 purchases. I was a bit surprised, didn't make a scene or anything, I paid for my drink and she said the Manager would call me back in 3 days. It's almost a week now and haven't received a call. (I acknowledge it's the Chinese New Year and could be off). Think the system needs to be fixed. Maybe get a msg with a confirmation code that I earned a free drink so there is no confusion? Just a thought. I hope to come back.

By far worst coco in all of Ontario With an area with 30 different bubble teas so condensed, save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. Drink was so watered down and they make it in a giant bucket that sits around through the day. 10/10 would not come back

The lady recommended brown sugar oolong milk tea and it was really good. Cannot wait to go there again to try another version!

Ordered a brown sugar pearl milk tea latte yesterday no ice and they refused. Even when I told them I'd have no ice at other locations and showed the option on the app, they said they don't follow all rules at this location.
I don't appreciate how all cocos do not follow the same guidelines.

I ordered hot b/s milk but they just gave one with the room temperature. Have to use the microwave to heat it, disappointed!

The drinks were great but there was a funny incident. My friend ordered ordered Pearl milk and the lady kept repeating Taro milk. This went on for 30 seconds until another young guy stepped in and understood what the order was.

They set up good measures to keep the safety of the staff and customers. Workers are efficient and you get your drinks pretty fast, even when customers ahead of you have a big order.

Long line when we went (anniversary sale day, so it was expected) but the staff was quick and efficient. And the pearl milk tea really hit the spot!

The place is super cute and colorful, but the parking lot is a complete nightmare!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to customize my preferred “half sweet” for the fresh taro milk tea. It had a mild taro flavor, and I could barely taste the tea. There were however, mini chunks of fresh taro at the bottom.

Needless to say, I was bouncing off the walls at 10: 00 p.m. So much for that “mild” tea flavor!

I’d like to try their other drinks next time, perhaps a bit earlier in the day!

Very kind staff and service. We usually orders 3 guys or Jasmine milk tea and it is refreshing. It is in the plaza with Hi Tea and Buddhist Restaurant.

The drinks here taste great, staff is decently friendly. Aside from that the stuff here is really expensive, for example we ordered a mango bubble tea which alone was $5-$6, then after that we had to pay extra for tapioca. Came out to a total of around $7 for 1 drink (after tax). Although if moneys not a problem, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Well made drinks, that are priced well. Definitely need to improve their ability to service customers who have ordered online. You can walk in and they will have orders lined up but no order calling or dedicated person ensuring orders get handed out to people who are waiting. Unless you go up and ask for the order # or inform them when someone becomes free behind the counter. A quick issue to fix nonetheless worth going here.

Always overworked and overloaded with customers. Leads to repeatedly wrong orders and people taking the wrong orders. Either need more workers or just learn to take their time and focus.

Very sad quality. Coco is my go to place for Bubble tea. We ordered 5 drinks and non of us long time customers were happy. The drinks were flat and tasteless. I had my favourite Taro milk tea. It just tasted like flavoured milk. Maybe it was this location that under performed.

Seating is comfortable, there's also more at the back. Drinks are good, and quality of toppings are good.

Today, near their shop, my son wanted to go in and buy a milk tea and go to the bathroom, but they wouldn't let my son go to the bathroom

Employee taking my orders was very friendly and polite even when I had a big order. Drinks were made very quickly but quality was still there. Love their jasmine milk tea but would love it if they used a bit less creamer in it.
