CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

One of my go-to for bbt. Jasmine tea is fragrant. I’m not the expert in tea but it’s definitely better than other places I went to so far. Love the pudding topping. Classic boba is unbeatable.

First time here and the quality of the bubble tea was awesome!

Love how there is an app and you can get points and order ahead.

It was really nice, but they dont have an option of not making it so chilled. The slush and smoothies are really chilled, thats true for like most places. So its kinda hard if u dont like chilled drinks.

Still the best, most authentic boba chain around. Order via the app to track your points to redeem for free drinks. Boba here is always cooked expertly without the typical chewiness that you get from some of their competitors.

Fave bubble tea spot for years now! Love that you can just order on the app for pick up ahead of time, and your points are automatically updated too!

Had a takeout today of the summer special? Love the taste of it plus the Sago. It was fast and so refreshing! I love taking my milktea, or any beverage without sugar. And for me atleast this was still sweet even if it doesnt have sugar. Everybody has their own preferences!

I like coco but it is not fair if I ordered on the app 20mins ago, and I still waited for 10min at store.
But people came after me and ordered in person could get the drink faster. Why don’t I just order in store if ordering online is useless.

They have really good bubble teas.
I tried Sago Taro. Absolutely Loveddd it!
Tried 3 guys too. It is just ok

Friendly staff and free parking

Stood in front of the cashier for 5 mins. Then after she was done processing uber order she told me it was a 30min wait. You could have told me that as soon as I was next.

Warning: Their drinks are addictive. Friendly staff and every drink is perfectly crafted. I suggest you download the app and order ahead of time because even if it's 10 minutes to close, this place always has a line up.

I am a frequent customer here. The service and drinks used to be good. However, everything seems to be going downhill now.

On 2 separate occasions, I've had cups with holes on them. I've become an expert in cleaning my cupholders because it always goes everywhere. This store does not check their cups. Additionally, service is always slow because they are always under staffed. Will never go back to this location again.

The workers here are very nice and apologetic didn't give attitude when they are so busy during the covid19. I diffifinifly come back and recommend this location.

The tea is really delicious and unusual. In this place, you can try tea for every taste. The only drawback is that when I asked to make me a non-hot tea, my request was ignored and they poured me a very hot one. I had to cool it in the car

Rude stuff when they are busy they become very really rudeeee I mean if you are making the drinks you should be focus on drinks not dropping your ears on what’s going in the front.they need bigger space because they are crowded it get too hot and the drink takes at least 40-50 min to get it and they are allll the time out of brown sugar

Always great taste. Make sure you order on the app. They always have some specials going on. We usually like the original pearl milk tea but they tons different options available. This place is usually busy, 10 to 15 mins wait is required before you get the drink. Therefore ordering thru app is the way to go!

I am sympathetic to them being busy with take out orders, but there is ZERO enforcement of the COVID restrictions. Way too many customers in the store (14, when the max is 6), waiting around inside, and cutting lines. Especially a shame because this is they have great quality bubble tea, up to par with the rest of the coco chain.

Love the brand but this store needs to get their staff straight stood in line for about 15 minutes to be told that there is a 40 minute wait time if I knew that I could order on app before coming I would have

Waited for almost one hour, they didn't send any message or update for order pick up. Awful experience.

Bad customer service. Waited 20 mins online only for them to announce that there will be another 25 min wait time if we decide to order bc they are fulfilling online orders. In store customers should always be taken as priority. Maybe hire more staff.

The milk tea is good but when we asked for a brown sugar milk tea, I didn’t get brown sugar milk tea. I told the cashier we didn’t get the brown sugar milk tea and he said they don’t have brown sugar milk tea at the moment. -_- why didn’t he say that before we order? And also, we tried ordering from app and there were some steps we didn’t know how to do. They didn’t even help us. I’m not mad, I’m kinda disappointed.

Sometimes, my mom called me to order the drinksand i called them. But they kind of busy and i cant order on phone. But the drinks is so good. Thats the only one place in Mississauga have a perfect bubble milk tea. The taste is exactly like the milk tea from China or Asia. But the thinks u need to know is they are super busy on the weekend and u need to wait 45 to 1 hour to get your drinks and no order on phone. But anyway, you are not watse your time because u wait a long time to get a SUPER GOOD drinks.

It was really crazy busy in there but they managed to give us our drinks on a timely fashion! It's a small little spot with little space to sit down, so you're better off getting your drinks to go. The prices are nice and the flavours are great.

How does a place called coco not have COCOnut flavoured anything on their menu? Other then the jelly to add to your drink.

Better and cheaper than Cha Time and I didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes. The milk tea with fresh taro will blow ur mind

Man every time I park and get to the door there is always a lineup to the door. Coco has been here for some time now and is usually the spot I go to.

Finding parking is usually problematic though because there isn't many spots out front or to the side, however they do have plenty of spots to the rear.

I usually get the roasted milk tea with pearl or 3 guys. Love how you can customize your ice and sugar level to make it your own. Mine is usually half sugar and no ice.

Coco also has many other locations scattered around the GTA and around the world.

Dont know how to manage customer who come late got their order completed first i just kept waiting over there for 10 minutes after that ehen i asked for my drinks they ask me what was your order number sir.

Would not recommend. Cashier is the slowest I have ever seen, prices are not justified. Tea is ok, nothing special. Be ready to spend 30 minutes waiting for your order.

Delicious bubble tea! Love the option of making the drink with less sugar or ice. Nice seating area, good place to catch up with friends. Although, i would love a wider variety of flavours

Train your cashier. Terrible customer service for this one employee. The rest were fine. Order: March 10,2019 Time: 5: 16 pm.
Ordered 2 promotional drinks, the red bean matcha milk tea and the bubble gaga. Requested not to put passionfruit seeds in.
Instead I was charged more for "passionfruit tea with pearl and coconut jelly" and was told it was not the same as the bubble gaga when I went to inquired after.

But here is the real issue.
I was never told of this and what makes this even worse is I asked her specifically if the drink was for the promotional price and she said yes before I paid.
To top off everything she gives a smug attitude and says she didnt do anything wrong when I was only asking about this after I found out I was charged more. I should have caught her name but I'm sure you can find out by checking the shift and order time.

Now you may not value a single customer that has been regularly coming here but just because of this one employee I am turned off from coming here again. And I recommend others to go to the other coco locations instead of this one. This place lied about it being franchise wide and other locations didnt charge for me when requesting no seeds in it.

Out of all bubble tea places, this one takes the absolute longest to make my order. The two times I went, I waited way too long for one drink.and I only counted the Time from ordering to getting the order.
The reason the line ups are so long is because the service is extremely slow.

This location gets extremely busy and the place is very cramped. If the line goes to the door, I just end up leaving and it’s kind of a waste of my time to go there in the first place. Otherwise, every Cocos are the same to me and I prefer it over Chatime. The price and quality are fair as well as the consistency.

Service is good, tea is excellent. The brown sugar bubble tea is amazing ; just a hint of sweetness in the fresh milk.

Amazing service. Sometimes it gets super busy, and the lines can get super long (but that's because it's bumping and gr8). We used to go to chatime or BR, until we discovered this place! Today, we got a Taro milk tea with tapioca, coconut jelly, machiato, and pudding! Heheheheh.

I asked for 'small tapioca' and was given 'sago'. I made it clear to the woman taking my order that I didn't know what sago was, feel like she should have educated me a little bit. Other than that, I had the Pear Milk Tea which was delicious and I actually liked the sago. Would definitely go back!

3 guys is my favourite. Love the fact you can request and adjust the sugar. Taro slush is also great too. Always craving bubble tea! Don’t forget your vicinity points card!

Popular bubble tea chain with a busy location. The roasted milk tea is probably their signature drink. I like the fact you can adjust sweetness and ice level. However, location is pretty small and can get cramped.

Cozy atmosphere, good bubble tea, and friendly staff. The one problem is that it is so busy due to it being such a great franchise. My personal favourite when it comes to bubble tea, others may think otherwise. Would recommend the OG Pearl Milk Tea Large Size *LESS ICE*. Make sure to ask for less ice for all of your moneys worth! Coco also does many giveaways and promotions on their instagram account @cocoteaontario to win coco merchandise and free drink vouchers. If won a free voucher, You can choose any drink from the menu, and any size too! Overall phenomenal place, love the drinks, one of the better or even the best bubble tea franchises:)

Called in to place a pick up order and they said they were too busy. Their exact words were “can you just come in? ” Lol when did being busy mean you can’t take to go orders. I work in a fast pace restaurant and last I checked I don’t ever remember telling people they can’t order over the phone cause you’re too busy. Why’d you pick up the phone at all.

I went during boxing day because I thought it was bogo. After waiting 30 mins in line I get to the front telling me you only get a bogo coupon. I would have been ok with it but the lady didn't explain it was a get one free coupon and thought it was a bogo coupon. Very disappointed.

Visited recently and can't believe it took me this long to go back. (Furthest away from home and there are closer bubble tea places)

When in doubt, order #5, it is almost everyone's favourite.

Watch out for the uneven bump between the interior and the pavement outside at the entrance, I keep tripping every time I walk in (or it might just be me being clumsy).

Just ordered via skip the dishes and order was incomplete. We ordered 8 drinks and only 7 arrived. Called in and spoke to the manager Lisa. The manager Lisa offered a replacement drink with complimentary drink which we accepted gladly. After patiently waiting our drink did not arrive. We called to follow up and our phone calls were ignored. Finally after several of calls afterwards, we spoke to the manager Lisa. Lisa did not acknowledge that our drink was not going to arrive instead completely ignored the offer but instead offered vicinity points and skip the dishes refund to one drink. We did not raise our voices and treated each phone call with utmost respect.

We just want our drink.incentive was nice but a drink would have been better. I am not sure if I would use the vicinity points at this location.

UPDATE: I wish we were told that Skip the dish declined. But what concerns me is the over promise and lack of communication by your manager. We would have been understanding if we were told that Skip the dish declined we would have taken our issue with Skip the Dishes

My favourite drink from Coco is salty cream strawberry tea. Customer service is great. I always get greeted by staff over there with great smile. It very busy on weekend with long lineup but it worth my wait.
