Debatably my favourite Boba tea in London, never had a bad drink from here. 4’s across the board for Food, Service, Atmosphere, they are great but don’t do anything special or over the top, safe bet!

Very disappointing place, the cashier charge wrong amount and rather than refund the money and apologize for poor service, they void the payment and didn't provide the receipt for that and ask for to check your account and if it didn’t show up, come back and we pay you cash! Horrible service…

I especially appreciate the lower sugar options without the added frills. Sometimes, you just want something basic that tastes delicious.

Been a loyal customer for a couple years ever since moving to London. Everything was fine until the beginning of last year the wait times have dramatically increased and quality has went down a lot. New staff in every week it seems like. I place my orders online at least 20 minutes ahead because I know it will be long but then have to stand in store for another 20 minutes for my two drinks to even be made. Unacceptable and might just go to Chatime instead.

Quick service, but expect a line - it's a popular place. They have an app to order drinks before you arrive (or use their free WiFi to order from your car).

My experience here hasn’t been good. I’ve been here several times with indifference, but this time it deserved a review.
Upon entering there was no other customer at the counter. Great I thought, no waiting. I was wrong, a 2nd customer entered after me and went to the counter beside me. The worker who acknowledged I was there went to serve the 2nd customer who I then figured was a delivery guy. So I wait (restraining my inner Karen) for them to start processing 4 drinks for the other guy before even taking my order. Hmm, not a good idea.
It got worse.
I finally order 1 bubble tea and wait. Meanwhile they keep making drinks that must be coming in electronically.
I continue to wait.
Then a 3rd customer comes in, orders and also waits. He gets his drink made and he leaves.
I’m still waiting. This is now 10 minutes and 5 other drinks later.
Finally get my 1 drink, not even an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “I appreciate you waiting” or “we’re swamped with orders”…nothing.
So here is my review. If you want to be ignored (poor customer service) while buying $7 tea (poor value) this is the place!
They were lucky that my daughter likes their drinks, but they will need that luck to continue as wise customers go elsewhere. I won’t be back but I will spread this experience, get your bubble tea drinks elsewhere, there are many places that would be happy to serve customers…Coco isn’t it.

I really miss? So anything closer to that taste would be great!

Best bubble tea I’ve had in london. The boba is super fresh and soft and the teas are perfect and not too sweet.

The atmosphere is good, the dine-in section is bigger. Coco and Chi Chop are side by side to enjoy some food with bubble tea. The only thing was the wait time we waited almost 20 min when we went there around 7: 00pm.it was a bit busy with less manpower to serve but the customer service was good.

Glad to see a coco in London! I see signs that indicate drive thru coming soon. That will be super interesting!

You want cheap, fast and consistent bubbletea? Right here. They've rarely if ever made a mistake with my order. Sometimes it takes a while to get your drink though, if they have a bunch of orders and they get backed up.

I ordered online for pick-up through the website. The order was ready in less than 5 minutes! When I walked in, there was a massive lineup of people waiting to place their orders. I waltzed right in and picked up my order and left. Fantastic option especially when I have young kids with me who are not very patient.

Ordeded 2 taro slushies with tapioca and they were delicious!

Yummy drinks, I love them!
Store is not really very clean, even the landscaping outside is not nice.
But the food area is clean, and the drinks are awesome, so I keep going

A single drink was charged as a recurring monthly payment. This location seems to always be out of brown sugar bubble tea. BBT isn't this hard to get right.

Never disappointed me, always follows the instruction. I love that they always use fresh fruit and make high quality drinks. The pearl is chewy all the times (the only bubble tea store I never experienced firm pearl). The brown sugar fresh milk is extraordinary (the milk is just out of the world), though I cant adjust the sugar.

Great selection of drinks offered, and great staff. Their drinks are a bit too sweet for me at times, even with the reduced sugar options.

Worst customer service. I was there tonight to get a drink. The girl at the cash kept on doing her thing like I wasn’t standing there, then she stood at the door to the kitchen as her friend is having a conversation with Ben who was feeling sad, finally she came back and I placed my order, I was about to pay her then she left to the back again to continue listening to her friend’s conversation with Ben not taking the money and not finishing the order at that point I was ready to leave, i don't have all night to wait for her to get her job done right!

Really good drinks. I wish I started coming here long time ago! The red bean milk tea is amazing with 30% sugar and tapioca!

The kids love going here and getting a special drink. We can't pass it without them mentioning it. It's a little pricey in my opinion but I enjoy the grapefruit yakult and the kids love strawberry or mango stuff with coconut jellies.

Love the variety of drinks they have and the different types of toppings. My go to is their Two Ladies (Bubble Milk Tea with pudding and tapioca)

There’s also ChiChop inside the shop if you are looking to pair your sweet drink with some savoury dishes like ninja fried chicken or squid!

Always consistent and satisfied whenever I order drinks here. Their app is also very convenient to use.

Came in for a drink and it slipped on my way getting out the door, the staff looked watched it and ignored it, proceeded to clean the mess but didn’t even offer me a new drink and ignored me. That’s just not right for someone who regularly comes in for bubble tea.

Machiato is delicious. My favorite drink is machiato roasted milk tea. It ưould be better if they allow customers to dine in.

Slow service and the workers forgot about my order so i waited awhile drink isn’t that good either can get better else where

BEST. My most favourite place in London. Yall should try Brown Sugar Latte/Smoothie (less sugar trust me)!

I'm a regular here and I really enjoy the taste and variety of options. But I'm very disappointed with their service today. I think a new employee (someone I've never seen there before) made my strawberry slush today. When he was making it, I realized that he'd put too much ice because the slush wouldn't even come out of the jar. He had to literally scoop it like ice cream into the glass. I asked him before he sealed it if he could remake that one drink because I knew the consistency would be too icy. Unfortunately the staff refused to remake the drink and made me feel like I was the one at fault. I've ordered this particular drink many times before so I'm kind of upset with the way the staff handled my order by blaming me for not knowing what drink I had ordered. I'm very sorry to say that I will not be returning another time. 0/5 wouldn't recommend because the environment and customer treatment is upsetting. Also, I just realized that since I gave my drink back, I literally paid for a drink I didn't get. Very poor customer service.

This is the fastest boba shop I've been to; I ordered my drink and had it in around 30 seconds. The prices are cheap for boba (a medium basic pearl milk tea with tapioca comes at $5 flat) and is overall a good option for good boba. If you're looking for the best boba, there are better/higher end options nearby

They have peak times where lineups can be long. Just be prepared to wait but if not, it's still fast service and good quality teas!

For what it is, I find it overally expensive and a waste as it goes down so easily. I wouldn't order it everyday. That is just my opinion!

I do love the drinks here, but they refuse to give you a cup of water because "cups are expensive". Doesn't seem like they care about their clientèle, this happened to me multiple times.

Edit: after going there again and asking for water I was I pleased to have gotten some in another cup. Thank you to the owner for relaying customer concerns and taking action!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service.totally unprofessional staff.i would rate them 0 stars.unfortunately that wasn't a option.

This place is an awesome bubble tea place. There is plenty of room for gatherings. But be aware.it can get super busy!
The bubble tea is great, and dont forget, there is Chi Chicken, Taiwanese style fried chicken. Check out their website for more details! Highly recommended!
