Fantastic pedicure with Carolyn and amazing manicure with Emma. The environment is calming and peaceful. Hot or cold drinks are offered to top off the quality work. Highly recommend!

Amazing spa! If you want to feel pampered the moment you step in through the door, this little gem of a place is IT! Alexandra, with whom I enjoyed the deluxe hydrafacial service, is a wonderful aesthetician, talking you through the steps she's taking so you know what's being done to your face. Great at giving advice and recommending products!
Isabelle, the owner, was at the front desk when it was time to pay for everything. She recommended that I talk to Alexandra about getting a series of facials instead of the individual ones I had booked for the next few months so I can save money! This will definitely be why I'll be going back there only for any skincare service.

I want to give a 5 star review to my esthetician Brit for a great massage. I've been going to Cocobella Spa since 2005 and I have to say this was by far my best facial ever. Don't know why I don't go more often. Cheers

I moved from BC last year and have been struggling to find, "my spa. " For the past 2 years I've received regular pedicures to help prevent ingrown nails and I was excited when I found Cocobella because they carry and use the BEST products.
The last tint was excellent, but when the pedicure time came, I knew I was in trouble when the esthetician pulled out the nail file. The pedicure took 1.5 hours and I was in AGONY as my nails were being SANDED OFF. The feeling of my nail moving in the bed of my toe was nauseating, not to mention, she cut one of my cuticles too short and that was painful. I have softer nails and my previous experiences with exclusively using the nail file for a pedicure instead of clippers have resulted in ingrown nails. I shouldn't have to say to my esthetician, "hey, can we please use the clippers to cut? " That's what I am paying them for - knowledge, skill, professionalism, and experience. Granted, I might have had an inexperienced practitioner (we have all been there and you have to get experience somehow), but after I got home my toes were aching for the rest of the day and into the evening.
5 weeks later: I have removed my polish before my medical pedicure and the poor job on my nails is obvious. Some nails are too long, others are just right, and some are still too short. The inconsistency in the growth goes beyond, 'some nails grow faster than others. '
It would be helpful if spas would scale the price of their pedicure practitioners like salons scale the price for their stylists. At least then you'd know what you were getting yourself into when you make your appointment. My deepest regret is having to pay full price for pain and a terrible job on my nails. It such a shame because I thought the spa was excellent and I was looking forward to perhaps finding, "my spa. " Well, at least the polish lasted long enough to cover-up the horrendous job on my nails. They have excellent polish here, just remember, if you're new to Cocobella for pedicures: when you book, ask to see someone with LOTS of experience. I hope you have a better first experience than I did.

Went for a mani pedi, it was really quiet and relaxing. Cute and clean inside, and the staff did a great job! Great attention to detail. We’ll be back!
