After my hair stylist moved away a year ago I have floated around between salons and never found a new place that I liked, until I came here. Went to Sandy and she did an amazing job. I am so thankful that I have found my new go-to salon. Will definitely be back to see Sandy again! Highly recommend.

I have had only great experiences at Coco Mazzi. This is my second time seeing Debra for my pedicure and she is very thorough and takes great care of your feet. The polish is perfect and as a loyal client I will continue to book with Debra.

Alyssa has done my hair for a few sessions now & I always leave extremely happy with the results. I’m a platinum blonde & Alyssa always gets the my blonde to perfection. Highly recommend her & the salon. Everyone is kind & we all carry fun conversations.

I have been a client for about 2 years…. I have a service dog and everyone who is there makes us feel very welcome…i went to the same artist for most of my adult life and had to change and was very pleasantly surprised…. Angles straight colours highlites layers balayage you name it ……. And not a big hole in your pocket either!

I had the worst experience at this salon on February 10th. The stylist was abrupt and unhelpful. Left me sitting while she cut someone else’s hair. She essentially did not provide any kind of consultation that a client would expect and was so incredibly rude. The owner basically asked me to leave after such a horrifying experience. I waited a week and a half for this appointment to be treated with disdain and disrespect. I found another stylist at Moca Hair Salon the next day who was able to provide advice and guidance and gave me an amazing experience and great hair colour and cut. I guess I dodged a bullet but a service establishment should not be treating paying clients so poorly.

I have gone to many hair salons in the past, and CocoMazzi is by far the best hair salon. My hairstylist is Tanya, who is also the owner. Tanya is highly knowledgable and skilled in her craft. She is also very patient, and professional and listens to her customers' needs, and concerns. Tanya, above all else is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend going to CocoMazzi for your hair needs.

People working here feel like life long friends, very comfortable enviornment and professional experience! Recommend if you are looking for a weekend to treat yourself. Feels like an escape from the city and life haha

This past weekend I went to CocoMazzi for the first time, as my family was getting photos done and my hairdresser cancelled on me last minute. I was booked in to CocoMazzi last minute with Deanna for a cut and balayage colour with a stylist who has only been there for 3 months. Deanna did an AMAZING job with my hair- she was super patient and even though I was her last appointment on a Saturday she spent so much time on my hair making sure the colour turned out exactly how I'd been hoping, and even spent time after the appointment to explain different Aveda products to me without seeming pushy for a sale at all. I had a pretty specific request that day to make my colour super soft and subtle and she really nailed it. I will definitely be going back to Deanna for my future hair appointments!

Called two times, sent an email to request an appointment as it's close to my new house. No answer. Poor customer service. Glad they didn't call me back I found very nice hair place!

I was gifted a spa package for a massage, facial and pedicure. As part of the gift, I got to choose the place. I chose CocoMazzi based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did as I left extremely satisfied. It was my first time getting a facial. I’ve always been reluctant considering how sensitive my skin is and not knowing how I’d react to the products. I’m so glad i took the risk because I left with my face looking so bright and feeling so soft and smooth. It still looks amazing, I don’t even want to put makeup on. Crystal was amazing from start to finish. My massage my great, my facial was phenomenal and my feet look stunning after my pedicure. After this amazing experience, I will definitely be back for regular facials. I’ll also recommend CocoMazzi to friends and family. Thank you Crystal for your amazing work and taking good care of me. I’ll be back for more pampering soon.

I have been going here for years and still the best! If your looking for highlights this is the place. I have tried top salons in NY and Miami and nothing comes close to what they can do. The nice thing is that the hairstylist can all produce such great results so it does not matter who you get. Love the atmosphere and the welcomeness of all the staff!

This place is good for hair but not for makeup. I came recently to get my eye makeup done and the makeup artist ran out of eyeliner in the process of doing it, she was a really nice person but should maybe have an extra one in case this happens. I had to complete my eye makeup when I got home. They also only had one pair of eyelashes left to choose from, one of the employees took the last natural pair of eyelashes and applied it on themselves just prior to my arrival supposedly. I would come back for my hair which was done great but not makeup. Again, she was a great person and very personable but maybe they should hire someone who is solely a makeup artist.

I absolutely love this salon. Alyssa has been doing my hair for a few years now, she's absolutely incredible along with all of the other staff whom I've had do my hair before also. Everyone is friendly, the salon itself is beautiful, very spacious and clean. I can't see myself going anywhere else to get my hair done. I have very dark brown hair and Alyssa absolutely nails my blonde highlights every single time. I'd trust her to do anything! If I could give 10 stars I would. Also, my last experience, I was able to go sit in their back patio while my colour was setting. This was perfect as it was a nice break for fresh air and left for more space in the salon. LOVE IT! All Aveda products, can't go wrong!

My bridal party and I got our hair and makeup done at Coco Mazzi for my wedding this past weekend. The work they did was incredible! They took on 8 of us for hair and makeup, and had every single person looking flawless in a matter of a few hours. The appointments were early in the morning, but the hair and makeup lasted ALL day. Very minimal touch ups were needed (really just lips after lunch and the odd fuzzy to tame). They are professional, SO friendly, and honestly made us feel like princesses the entire morning. Could not have asked for a better experience!

My favourite salon the world, Tanya does an impeccable job every time she touches my hair. She is the only person who can get my hair to that perfect blonde colour. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Great facility, very clean and quaint.
I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area or in Ontario, well worth the drive.

I have enjoyed Coco Mazzi's services for a few years. Beautiful salon, in the heart of Stoney Creek in a gorgeous setting. It is very clean, friendly and fun and I am always very happy when I leave. I even brought my little guy in for a cut and Claudia took the time to befriend him and make sure he was comfortable and got exactly the hair trim he wanted. Great place:)

Really good experience, all staff are so Welcoming and friendly; and Ana did amazing job with my hair. She perfectly process highlights on my hair the way I wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone.
