Very nice service, price was very good, tasty food, nice interior. I check price for pizza by the watterfalls and was so expensive. This is just 10 min walk and the pizza was delicious and big enough.

Ordered a Caesar wrap and nachos with chicken. Worst wrap or nachos I’ve ever eaten. Cheese on nachos looked and tasted like they were still raw. Chicken tasted like rubber. Really expensive and not worth the price at all. Paid almost $60 for 2 items. Ridiculous

Great pizza, the fish & chips was awesome as well. Loved the folk music, laid back atmosphere

I stayed in Holiday Inn. Since I had a room with a breakfast, i was given passes. The breakfast at cocos was phenomenal. I must say people visiting Niagara should visit cocos. 100% Recommended

My mother ordered a salad and made it with so much sauce then, we asked to get more lettuce and the waiter was unsure to get extra lettuce thank god they got us a new salad. I ordered a fettuccine alfredo, it tasted so cheap like they dumped a can of the sauce from the grocery store. NOT SO WORTH OF $20 PASTA. Pizza is the only good thing at cocos.

Service was mid, they had us wait 20 minutes just to get our drink order then served other people before us.isn’t that ridiculous? They kept pointing at us.quite odd?

To be honest don’t come here unless you getting pizza!

Wow. Seriously. Wow. It seems impossible to find something to complain about at this place. The decor, the food, the service, the atmosphere! The patio, even the washrooms! 200/10 would recommend.

Also, the waitress of kindness and skill, Dasha deserves a mention. If you get an antifreeze cocktail from her, you can consider it a successful vacation.

I'm demanding to come back here next time I'm ever in the area.

First far most the services are not good.
Served the appetizer last after the main course. And after that asking for 20% minimum tip, just because its a tourist place. This is hard earned money. Stop this nonsense.

Staff were nice but non-attentive. No one offered to refill my water or check that everything was ok. The coffee was flavourless brown water. When I mentioned it had no flavour there was surprise but no offer to wave the $5 charge. The food was ok but also mediocre. Will be looking elsewhere for breakfast tomorrow.

25 minutes at out table, no drinks, no service, just waiting.a poor server came over apologizing profusely for the delay, when it’s clearly managements problem.

I see why they have a three star average rating, horrible service.

If there was zero stars, that’s what I would give this place it’s smells like bleach the service sucked. We spent $200 for the worst food ever that we did not eat.

Ordered two pizzas to take back to the room. New York and Coco's Special. Absolutely delicious! We loved the crust - some of the best we have ever had. Will definitely order again next time we are here in NF

We stayed at Holiday Inn over March break and we had a Nachos in the evening at the bar, it was a little burned and they didn’t put efforts to change it or say sorry about it. The kids were tired and ate it
The drinks (Beer and Caesar) we ordered were ok. The ice machine for the smoothie was broken and the bar tender was nice enough to offer alternative, we didn’t go for any based on the burned nachos.
We had breakfast there for two days. Staff were good and friendly, the food was ok.

Not really sure why the reviews or ratings on this restaurant are so low? My wife and I spent two nights here in Niagara Falls at the hotel and ate here twice for breakfast and once for dinner. We really enjoyed all of our meals. Usually I hate ordinary steak from restaurants because I feel I can cook a better one but the Madagascar Steak was excellent! Beef ribs were very good. This place should definitely be rated higher. Staff were very polite.

We attended Coco's for 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts through Holiday Inn's 'Breakation Package'. Standard eggs and meat and french toast, for breakfast. Spare ribs and prime rib for dinner. All very good meals. Frozen Stawberry Daquari and Appletini cocktails were delicious. Cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating. We were also on our honeymoon and let server know this, she brought us out complimentary slice of cheesecake. Which was also very good. We will definitely consider eating here again and ordering off the standard menu.

Wanted something sit down and walking distance. After a long drive from NJ this was the perfect walking distance from our Marriott hotel. Derek was an amazing server. The food came in less than 15 mins (yes I timed it) lol we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Got here around 730pm this Tuesday evening. All the food was very hot (even the veggies that came with coco beef ribs). Coco pizza was amazing and so was the drink. The beef ribs $30 and potato was perfect. Our server checked on us and ensured we had a great experience. Good pick.especially since my guy wanted pizza $20 and I wanted something else so this was the perfect in between. Had a strawberry Pina colada with alcohol. Didn't taste any alcohol so skip that and just go for regular drink. My guy had the Caribbean martini and he said it was strong. Saw families here too so definitely family friendly. Price range $18-40. Thanks Derek for great hospitality.

Calamari mixture was not consistent. Some was spicy, and others pieces were not. When we ordered the ribs they smelled not so good and tasted even worse. When we looked at the ribs it seemed to have ketchup on top of them. The chicken was at best ok and cold mashed potatoes were hard.

I ordered a $15 margarita, as my friend did. My glass came with ice to the rim and only half the drink. It was promptly corrected when I told our waiter. Food was good but overpriced.

We ordered the cocos special pizza (grilled chicken and black olives with their special seasoning). Very good. Had a long island iced tea as well as an antifreeze. Both delicious but the antifreeze definitely exceeded my expectations. Nicely sour.

The staff is very rude and lack hospitality skills, no wonder there are so many bad reviews regarding their customer service. Taste and pricing are good but my review is based solely on customer service

Service was pretty bad. Only one waiter for the entire restaurant and it took 30 minutes just to order something. Pizza was good, espresso martinis were not:)

Five star for the burger here, it was so tasty! Also, kids menu, good round table for the big family, high kid's seat is available. Check for 5 adult and two kids (10 month and 2 years old) is $150 with 20% tips.

This place is a rip off.no wonder why its not busy coz theyre pricey and their food is not so good.and btw the waitress also ripped me off with the tip.she choose the tip percentage herself and i didnt check when i tap and she told me she might have accientally pressed the tip by accident.yeah right.she handed me the machine with the total amount and i just tap.my mistake.

Was a bit disapointed waitress was new and did not really care about the job we got to ask another later to find her when we were ready to order, the food came it was ok the portions was small and over cooked

Awful! Service was terrible, we asked to sit outside under cover because of the sun, we were placed directly in the sun. We moved as it was unbearable, ordered a Burger, was surprised for $15 I think it was, no fries came with it, just a burger!
My wife was served immediately, myself and our other party member had to wait 30 mins! We were told that the 1st dish was done quick (doritos) and as such was served, when asked why wasn't it held back and served with our meals there was no answer.
The burger was swimming in grease, I had to send it back, I didn't have it replaced because we simply didn't have time to wait. Our friend had Chicken which was dry as a bone.
Would be zero stars.

The waiter lied about the portion sizes saying they’re small when in reality it was regular sized making us order an unnecessary amount of extra food. When we found a hair in our food we asked for a refund but they declined.

We sat down for I kid you not 25 minutes and we’re not even attended to not a single person came and smoked to us this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional restaurant experiences of my life. The staff looked at us but just walked by.

If I can I'd give a half star -the food was hot. The pizza was a cardboard with a sprinkle of cheese and pasta primavera was not even cooked will. I wish that did was tastier and not just hot and worthy of the money paid.
