I found the work crew to be very professional and attentive to their surrounding (i.e. The flower beds). Did an excellent job and I would recommend them.

The Cody team always does a great job and leaves my windows sparkling clean. I have high second storey windows that I simply can’t reach with any regular household ladder, not to mention the difficulty of maneuvering around on one. I’ve used Cody every spring for the last few years and am always impressed with their work and professionalism.

You get what you pay for. Poor service, windows were sloppily cleaned and no heads up was provided by the company on what day they would show up.
Similar experience with snow removal. For much of the winter, fire escape routes were not shovelled.
