My senior parents only use internet to watch a few videos and send messages. We found that our previous provider was charging too much for internet, TV and home phone (over $150) They also raised their prices continuously. We now have Co-Extro and found that the service has been great! They email like a big company, have a help desk with little wait time. They use Rogers cables but charge a lot less. We have only had them for a few weeks but so far so good. My parents are happy!

I have found Coextro Internet to be very reliable and reasonably priced. Great customer service. And now they have a reliable IPTV service, two thumbs up.

Amazing customer service, even better prices, and reliable high speed internet. Installation technician that came to setup the internet was also very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them.

I haven't had any problems so far. Fast and stable internet provider. Exceptional customer service! I haven't had to call them about any problems, they call YOU to make sure that everything is up to your standards. I am very pleased with the service, I can't see myself leaving any time soon.

I've been with Coextro for the past four (4) years and am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I however recently referred a family member (residing approx. 10 mins away by walking) and was surprised to find out that they are paying $10 less for the very same connection. Called the Customer Service Desk, and couldn't obtain a proper explanation for the difference.

I can accept a new customer receiving a temporary discount for 3-6 months, but $10 on a permanent basis, is something that should be offered to existing customers by default (especially one that has been with the company for four [4] years). I have requested the Customer Service team for a discount and hopefully they can approve my request.

Have been using Coextro internet and mobile phone service for 3 months.
Internet has been great and stable. Way better than my previous ISP.
Customer service and technical are fast, prompt, and accurate. Contacting them for any reason have always been fast and easy.
Their agents and technicians are always friendly, patient, and professional. They all know their business well.
I'd definitely recommend Coextro to those looking for excellent internet and mobile services at very competitive prices.

I have been with Coextro since 2017, and they have been great with reliability, stability, performance, and customer service until this year. For some reason, for the past year, they've regressed significantly in these categories. I regularly experience slow bandwidth speeds (supposed to be 500mbps), outages, and no response from customer service. When this was first reported, they acknowledged that there is an issue in my building and that they're working on it. They also advised that they will let me know once the issue is resolved. They requested I report any performance or outages to their support. I have sent 8 emails between January and June to support without any response. The issues still continue.

I have been with Coextro for a while using their internet and cell services. So far, I never had any issues with either service. They are the most affordable internet and mobile service in Canada. Their customer and technical staff are very helpful. I recommend Coextro to everyone who is paying too much for the above services.

I have been with Coextro for the past two years. The service is on point and the customer service is very good. I prefer this company to other bigger ones. I get worth for my money.

Dependability Reliabity and Service. Finally I have met up with such a provider. I thank my neighbor sitting me down and explaining coextro to me. I was flabbergasted to to the outmost extent! The established conglomerates don't re-imburse you as this provider. A $25. Referral
Not forgetting I was put in hospital with pneumonia and still the provider billing department told me I wouldn't be charged. The other "Big Guys" would demand their payment. The minute your service goes down,

So far so good. Performance near stated speed. Had reliability issues with a larger internet cable provider, but not the case with Coextro. Easy self install setup. They did a follow-up check up call same day.

Speed was a bit slower than previous provider but reasonable trade off for reliability. Provided modem appears to have good online reviews. Price is comparable to competitors. Haven't had to call support after a week thankfully.

Definitely worth a shot if you're experiencing frequent, almost daily, network drops and cable is the only service available in your area. Time will tell. Fingers crossed!

We recently switched our internet, TV, and mobile phones to Coextro. The transaction was completed by phone, and a start-up date determined. The sales staff was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I needed a little tech help to get my TV converted, but the on-call tech rep was very patient and helpful and the problem solved at once. We are more than happy with the pricing, which is a very significant drop from one of the big national giants. Wish we had changed several years ago!

Just recently switched to Coextro and from start to finish the process was very simple! Signed up online, picked an installation date. The tech came on time, was professional and explained everything. We had internet within the hour! And at a very competitive price point as well. Definitely recommend.
