My friends and I love coming here to study. The girl working here, Rimsha, created a customized ice coffee drink for us. Best coffee I’ve had. Thanks girl!

Today is my sister’s birthday and We just had coffee here because she love to have Latte with heart decoration. Gurleen took our order and made it amazing. Special thanks to Gurleen for such wonderful customer service. It was about to close, so she can only serve it to go but as we requested her to make it for dine in, she did it just for my sister’s birthday. You guys are amazing

I visited Coffee Culture today with the intention of buying my toddler a cookie. The person at cash was picking scabs and skin off their lips and flicking it everywhere when I was walking in and during our conversation. When I expressed my disgust to the manager, they assured me the person is a certified food handler (which made it seem worse to me because they should know better!) and said they would talk to the person. They offered no coupon or discount for my next visit and didn’t seem too concerned about the complaint. If this is how that employee behaves at the front cash, I don’t want to know what happens behind the scenes. Very grossed out and will not be back!

The place is getting really neglected. The bathroom is always filthy. The cabinet is rotting and mouldy. I gives me the creeps to to use it. Makes me wonder what the kitchen and food areas are like.

Fantastic place to get a hot cup of Java! Spacious and clean and very nice staff make this an ideal place for getting your ️ fix! It has an outside patio too!

Don't know why l keep going back. Avocado sandwich burnt, flat, trace amount of avocado. Two slices cucumber. A little lettuce more than wilted, soggy. One little sauce of turkey. Bread was good. Capuchino milk flat. Not frothy. Tried another day still no froth. Not even close to picture on display. Staff very nice. Not responsible for what they have to work with.

Always order here thru uber eats or when im having my morning walk, staffs never missed anything in my orders even they’re mostly busy (4staffs always working in the morning)! Much better than upper middle location

You expect a bit more from a downtown Burlington cafe. Breakfast items leave something to be desired, an easy improvement would be to butter the bagels and english muffins and toast them a bit more than just a hint. Tiny bit of seasoning would go a long way as well. Coffee not bad.

Amazing atmosphere and great coffee. Food is good too and this is a great place to get some work done or go for a coffee date

This place needs to have better customer service. Every order I’ve placed you have messed up! Seriously get it together it’s deserts! Come on…. How many orders can you get wrong! Time to try another place ….

Nice ambiance, comfortable and friendly feel. Coffee is very good and I enjoyed my oatmeal raisin cookie. The chocolate chip muffin was a bit dry and dense. Like many coffee shops, I found it quite pricey. Didn't realize we had to ask for a china mug when we were dining in, so we all got a paper cup.

It's good to know we can still find coffee shops out there with comfy chairs and booths, good ambiance and of course great coffee

We had a bad experience here, we bought some coffees and a cake. Coffees were tasteless and cake was not fresh, we could not eat it. The place was dirty and not well maintained. We do not think to go this place again.

Good place to hang around in Burlington and used to enjoy my evening cuppa coffee. Used to love the espressos served with a biscotti. Their pastries and smoothies are worth a try. The quality dipped in the last few years. Hopefully they will spring back.

Love going here! Amazing brunch food. Great atmosphere inside, often go here in fall and sit by the realistic looking fire. Nice outdoor eating area as well.

Only thing: would recommend asking them to double cup your hot coffee. (The heat easyly went through the sleeve.)

Amazing breakfast sandwich and the most delicious blueberry muffin I have ever had. Though the coffee is nothing to write home about but I dont care because I dont drink much coffee

Sandwiches were supposed to be toasted yet they came out so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted, the coffee was terrible, My first time here and definitely my last time. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The best harvest muffins are here. Coffee is my wife's absolute favourite. Baked goods are fresh. Excellent service that is quick and friendly. Nice streetside patio.

This is a great patio place however I'm constantly disappointed with my latte. It just never taste like what I ordered. I have tried going different days and it's the same. I always love this location and probably will continue to go but not order lattes.

Food was really fresh. I had the turkey avocado sandwich. Absolutely awesome. Will definitely return in thr future for more great food.

Pleasant space. Great service. Wish they had a more than just multi-grain option for sandwiches because of my oat allergy.

I called and asked what time they close. Was told 9. Drove 45 min. They close in 20 min (8 pm) and were cleaning. The website says 10.

There is great seating and maybe some of the other none coffee based drinks are okay.

If you are not picky about how your coffee tastes and you would like a nice place to sit and people watch, then why not give this place a try. Otherwise, there are plenty of other coffee shops that are far superior.

Me and my husband visited this place on a Saturday evening. I loved the hot chocolate drink especially with the weather turning cooler. Plus the atmosphere inside was too cozy. Recommended for a blissful experience.

Put more whip cream on your hot chocolate, you continually disappoint on that, no it is not because it melts, i watch them put it on each time

What a cute little spot! If you’re in the Burlington waterfront area, and you want a great coffee or tea, and some yummy eats, this is the spot to go to. There’s plenty of seating, booths and tables, and a patio. Food was very good, the Americano was smooth and the spinach and feta pastry was soooo good. Definitely I would go back.

Great service, lots of seating. Walked there and sat outside. The lake is just there at the end of the road. Great spot to people watch the beautiful people of Burlington. Recommend visiting. Not sure about parking.

Coffee culture is on Brant is a great spot for summer time, lovely patio! We could sit there hours and enjoy! Coffee is way better than Tim hortons and McDonald!

I decided to grab breakfast on July 10th my 1st visit but after seeing the filthy disgusting restroom I walked right back out.

I like this location for coffee culture but the washrooms have been very dirty lately. There are two washrooms in here. Only one is open for customers but the other one is still being used by employees.
The ones used by customers is very dirty. Please investigate.

Even on a hot summer day no air conditioning. Keep the doors open. There are flies inside the restaurant.

I am a regular customer and I come here almost every day. But the cleaning is not up-to the mark. I might stop coming if this does not change.

I paid over $10 for a tuna salad sandwich that was soggy. Way too overpriced, why are the boxed sandwiches so expensive.

The place is comfortable and inviting. Offering you wifi, comfy seating with a fireplace, with lot of seating options.
The food, the snacks as well as the desserts, all well made. The drinks are hot and brought to your table immediately after you’ve placed the order.
The staff is friendly, and fast.
They offer two for one on all their baked items after a certain time, which is a treat for someone on a budget.
This is a place to definitely meet their friends for a coffee, first time meet in a public place, or just doing school work, this place is it.

Downtown Burlington
Coffee was ok, pastries were stale, dinned in had to ask twice to have coffee cup not paper you could see dirt and grease on the lamp shades windows had film look to them on the inside and the floors were dirty. Watch the staff come around pick up dirty dishes carried them off & never came back to table
To wipe them.

Skip the breakfast? Not here! Normally, only have home made protein shakes but all that changed after succumbing to the Asagio breakfast bagel! Lol
At $5 & 500 calories, it's a delightful cheat meal:)

Great food and drink offerings on their menu. Both the interior and exterior seating is spacious and comfortable too if you're planning to stay a little while too

This location will put everything you order in to-go cups and plastic containers even when you dine in. My friend and I had to insist on our drinks being in a mug!

20 minutes later we were asked if we were done yet because they “needed the mug back”. (They weren’t closing for another hour)

Amazing pastries and sandwiches. Highly recommend the chocolate avalanche. Great coffee. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the service is the worst service I've experienced in a long time, staff is very rude. They are lucky the food is great!

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Unfortunately they do not carry almond milk, and am not sure if they have any milk substitutes. The smoothies are very good, they too are made with milk. This is a great place, although do not have too much option for people who don’t like milk.

My only beef is that for a place called Coffee Culture, the coffee isn't great. Wide variety of drinks and nice smoothies.

Even though they close at 10pm, they are mopping around your feet and stacking chairs at 9: 10. Good coffee and atmosphere most times though.

A reasonably nice atmosphere with comfortable booths. Service is really slow and I'm not quite sure why. I ordered basic stuff and it was fine.

Our experience from start to finish was perfect. The service was fast and friendly, the atmosphere was quiet and cozy! Well priced wraps and sandwiches, soups and salads. I would highly recommend this cafe to my family and friends!

You CAN’T find parking at all beside the building. You would have to park a little far and walk for like couple of minutes.

The setting is quaint. The prices are fine. But boy does the service need some serious improvement. The woman taking the orders did not hear a request to have reduced dressing even though it was mentioned three time. So my table mates lunch was wrong. My turkey sandwich had no turkey in it. When I went to ask where it was, they put two slivers of cold turkey on my supposed to be warm sandwich. The gentleman next to us got his order incorrectly served also. The star is for the iced tea only. I will not go back.

Friendly staff (A young girl named Navjot is really nice and cheerful) and quick service. Love the ambience as well. Its location is another add on.

The way they work it's really owsm.and the way of talking with customers is also polite. You don't have to wait for too long, you will get your drink within just min.

My favourite place for coffee with awesome quick soups and lunch items, and specialty sweets at decent prices! Cozy, friendly and fresh! The.best.coffee! Try the organic fair trade!

I've tried coffee culture in other areas so it might just be this location but the drip coffee was absolutely terrible! Watered down. It tasted like milk with flavored water even when I asked the server to pour out some and add a bit more coffee. It's upsetting to spend money on something I wouldn't even call it coffee. I will definitely not be coming back.
