Great place but a little overpriced for the food. I usually get an expresso and its good but this time.mmmmm not so gooooood, maybe they changed there beans

First time here. The young female serving was exceptional, personable, and friendly. I only had tea, so i can say the water in my tea was great. The atmosphere is very comfortable. That day, they had a guitarist play music. My bar days are long gone so i left. Overall a very nice establishment and i will be returning.

I enjoy a good cafe but coffee culture in Whitby is like a home away from home now. I am not only ADDICTED to the beverage and food options but the staff and the ambience of the cafe as well. I met DANA the first time when my boyfriend and I visited this cafe as something a little different for our usual morning coffee. I was feeling festive with Christmas coming up and saw that there was a gingerbread beverage on their Christmas menu but didn’t know what to expect and end up not enjoying it. Dana was able to hear me out with my go-to’s at cafe’s and put a spin to my usual laté by customizing my beverage to incorporate gingerbread! My boyfriend and I go all the time now and can sit for hours sipping and talking freely with no need to rush. She now says goodbye when we leave by saying ‘see you next week’ LOOOL knowing very well it’s TRUE! Thank you for blessing Whitby with such a beautiful cafe and owning the culture behind coffee

Ellen is excellent for catering! She is a phenomenal manager. Very good service and delicious food. I would highly recommend her.

Quiet spot.
A little jazz playing would be a nice touch. A bit more upscale then Tim Hortons in price and decor.

Really nice place, kind service but only 1 person, really pity the employee that has to work so hard to service everyone.

First visit here today was excellent. Coffee was awesome, I really enjoyed. Great fast friendly service. I loved the fact they served me my breakfast sandwich at my table. Comfortable seating and free wi-fi. I will definitely return.

This was an insane experience,

So my mother doesn't speak that well English and she was trying to tell me while I ordered my food and processed the payment.
The girls that morning were working were rude and dont care about higen. One was picking her ears, then played with her long nails to take whatever she took out of her ears! This was very disgusting as it was our first time trying this coffee place near our home.
The service wasn't nice as I requested for them to wash their hand and give me new muffins, and they tried to fool me and my mom by taking the same muffin at the back and bagged it to us and we saw all of it.

I pray the restaurant owner tells this girl's to be cautious how they serve people and show little respect to elderly people

Coffee Culture in Whitby makes me happy! The raspberry lemonade chiller can bring anyone out of a dark day! The server Ellen makes the dishes look as beautiful as delicious— it is the perfect calm to break up a work day

One of my favourite lunch spots - everything I’ve had is delicious! Ellen’s service is friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a great latte, look no further!

Went for lunch and coffee on a weekday.salad was wholesome. Berry- pecan salad didn't have pecans in it though.
There was only 1 person working and doing a great job at handling 12 full tables. We couldn't wait any longer for coffee. Waited for 10 mins in line and left for the nearest Starbucks. Management might need to look into staffing.

Went there with friends for lunch.
The staff are very nice and friendly, spoke to Alen, very nice and knowledgeable, the service was quick and the food was delicious and fresh.cute little shop I strongly recommend.

We went on a Sunday evening and the cafe was out of cold drink options. So, we tried the hot drinks. Cappuccino and Hot chocolate were average, Blueberry scones didn’t taste fresh. Staff was friendly, and ample seating area.
Having tried the coffee culture at Oshawa, Rossland, this one was disappointing.

Hands down best coffee place in Whitby! The manager Ellen goes above and beyond for the customers and it shows!

Desserts and coffee are good. The place is busy, and 1 person worked the entire coffee shop. There were over 20 people seated and purchasing. Dirty dishes pile up at the garbage cans. Crazy! Not ideal for big groups (6 people). The Rossland location is better for that.

In cleanliness, took out a huge loogee of hand sanitizer from the dispenser at front of store since it was clogged up.
Over filled coffee cup too and spilled on table but those things happen. I didn't take away from stars for that.

This is a great place to chill out with friends and family. The food is great and the baked goods are appetizing as well. The only downside to this place is that service is very slow as just 1 person was managing everything. Also it will be nice to have confectionery placed at the counters for self help.
