Coffee Time

Place Looks Abandoned! We walk inside this coffee time and there are no lights on, no sign of staff and it's dead silent at 4pm. We ask if this place is open and this lady comes out from the back with a sweater and jeans on and says "we're open" Will NOT return

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Great people go there because it's so friendly to.

Very clean and very comfortable place to sit and to enjoy your coffee and there sweets.plus the lady here is a nice person to serve you.

This coffee shop is close to the highway. A good location to get off the 401 in Oshawa, grab some coffee and then hit the road again.

Not a great Coffee Time.
I usually like Coffee Time coffee, but here it was tasteless and watery.
The store itself is dark and gloomy.
Feels like the place itself is depressed.
The food display looks old and unappealing.
Would not recommend this Coffee Time.

I went in there to buy something, and instead of the cashier handing me my change, she throws it directly in the tip jar. I was shocked, lol. This was a couple years ago but still gets me.

1st time at this location. The place was very clean n the order done in a timely fashion.real quick. I will be going back next time im in oshawa!

I love their donuts over Tim Hortons and make a special trip down from the north end to buy them. The last dozen times we have made the trip they have maybe 2 donuts left… we won’t be making any more trips as it’s not worth the wasted gas and time to come to a store that never has any product.

Great service from the young lady who is usually there around 5pm.
Corn muffins are AMAZING

Worst service i ever had in my life, the girl inside was probly busy doing the cook in the backstore.

The customer service at this location is extremely bad. I attempted to go to the bathroom prior to ordering, the lady behind the counter yelled "it's not for you, customers only". I understand businesses who put in place this rule but there are better ways to convey the message. Not only was she rude, she embarrassed me infront of everyone by yelling when I didn't do anything wrong. Ruined my day.

Carolina's friendly and kind manner made our stop very pleasant. And my dad enjoyed his hot chocolate in July!

The lady at the counter is always friendly. Their apple fritters are levels above that par- baked mass produced Tim's garbage. Corn muffins will keep you full for the morning commute

It's an old location, smells a little funny but the cruller donuts (chocolate and cherry) are the best in Oshawa and the women working the counter is very friendly.
