Coffee Time

I been going to this place for about 8 years now. They arrive late all the time. The schedule said 6: 30 AM and it was probably 7: 45 AM by the time they opened today. After waiting so long, I eventually fell asleep in my car. I had worked a 12 hour night shift so I was tired. The owner and his wife came out yelling in Korean asking me to leave banging on my car window so loud. I tried to explain that I fell asleep after waiting for so long but they didn't care and continued to yell in Korean. They didn't apologize or were willing to even listen to what I had to say. I was calm. I moved parking spots and waited to see if they would come out and apologize but they didn't. All I wanted was some breakfast. This was a terrible experience. I will never go back there and will tell all my friends and family to avoid it at all cost. I hope you had better experiences.

The gentleman who took my order was very polite, kind, and sociable. I greatly enjoyed their shop and the atmosphere.

STALE AND OVER-PRICED
I purchased a Boston cream donut and an apple fritter. They cost me a ridiculous $5.54, so paid it anyhow because I was craving donuts. I took them home, and tried to eat them. They were both EXTREMELY STALE. But here's the kicker; the Boston cream donut had obviously been frozen and thawed. It looked and tasted like the ones you get at a supermarket in a six-pack with the water condensation on them.
Should have gone to Canada's good old donut and coffee shop where the donut and fritter would definitely be fresh and cost a lot less.
Absolutely awful - will never go there again.

My friend orders somthing and I try it and I like it so I order the same thing and the guy gets mad at me because we didn’t order together

Price is decent. Owner is not the nicest. They are reluctant to share WiFi password. The wall outlets don't have any power so I can't charge my laptop

I went there today morning and he overcharged me. 2 samosa 1 muffin and 1 minute maid juice 16 dollars. Of course I don’t mind the price I found it normal but went to order online again and I saw different prices. As an act is disgusting.

The owner deserves a 0 star. He was very parsimonious and rude.reluctant to share wifi password and when I sat there charging my laptop he stealthily turn off the power of the charging plug and lock the washroom. When I argue why the washroom is locked, he just made up reason that didn’t happen and doesn’t make sense, and he started swearing in Korean when I argue with him. Such a stingy and rude person, would file a complaint against it.

Chicken Teriyaaki is super fresh and Chicken Patty is a must try. Great food and nice people.

Going to this coffee time was a terrible experience. Very rude customer service from the owners. I ordered a sandwich and the male owner asked me if I want coffee as well. I told him no, and he smirked and asked me again condescendingly “no coffee? ”, I told him no again, and he said something in his own language with a condescending look and tone. Him and his wife also exchanged some remarks in their language while quietly laughing. I told him as owners they shouldn’t speak in another language in front of customers because it’s rude. He said he doesn’t care and started yelling at me and pointing his finger. I was offended. They asked if I want my money back instead of the sandwich and I said ok. They didn’t even give me my full refund! They didn’t give me my receipt either when I asked for it. I told them I need the receipt and a full refund but they refused. Very bad customer service.

The lady owner request me go outside when I was talking on the phone. I wasn't loud at all, just normal voice and there were no any customer at the time.terrible service, you push your customer get out of your store. Never come back.

I kind of enjoyed going here until I got this poor excuse for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I questioned the meat portion in there they said nobody complained ever except for me. When I said what about the one picture on their monitor - full of steak - the lady said that’s just a picture…then don’t put false advertising on your screen. Very disappointed- it’s like they got angry at me for questioning them. Terrible. Very sad. I wish people would realize that consumers are more discerning now than ever. Everything is so much more expensive and consumers want to get their money’s worth. And the truth is I very much liked the owners up until this incident. So I will let you be the judge if this illustrious steak sandwich is worth around $11.92 incl.tax including Boston cream donut and medium coffee…really?

Today I had a bad experience in this place. I had never felt so upset and embarrassed at the same time since I did not speak English.but my friend translated for me. I wanted a long sandwich with egg, bacon and sausage, obviously I was going to pay whatever it was.the very kind lady said yes. If a big man already seized, I think the angry angry man said no. I almost fought with the lady.and they began to speak in their language.but it was noticeable that he forbade her to sell it that way.and he shook his head annoyed and with a mocking smile.very kind lady. The man is like he is no longer comfortable with what he does. I will never return.

The food was great, the price was perfect. Easy access to the parking lot and located not too busy area.

The owner was very rude and demanded I turn my phone volume off. There were no customers at the time. He is a terrible person. The lady was alright. Also, the food prep sucks.no way, this place will get a good rating from me.

Everything is always fresh and the staff are so polite. I’ve been to many coffee times but none like this I have to say I am very happy I live near this one. Ps. Best muffins and cookies ever made

Worst service ever. When inquiring whether a medium with one teabag is the same price as a small, the owner condescendingly asked me if I have ever been there and then do I know that the price will be different from small to medium as it should be like that? I told her I am aware of the differences, however, everywhere is not the same i.e. Starbucks providing an extra teabag for the larger size.she again condescendingly repeated herself not addressing my comment with an additional tea bag. I took my drinks paid my bill and needless to say I will never come back to this sorry excuse for a coffee time ever again. If you want to go to a good coffee time, go to the one at Yonge and Cummer Ave. The owners there are polite and know a thing or two about customer service.

I ordered the Western breakfast sandwich.
The gentleman & lady serving us were very friendly and let us take our time deciding what to get since it was our first time visiting. I also ordered a medium chai tea, 1milk 1 sugar.it was delicious! The sandwich had eggs, green bell pepper, onion, mayo, salt and pepper, mine was on white bread (you can select from white, brown, and rye bread)
The eggs were cooked perfectly and fit just melted in my mouth.

The seating is clean and decorations are live plants for some greenery

100% recommend for any time, wether it is a quick coffee break, a date, or brunch with friends.
