Coffee Time

They have great breakfast varieties and I love their omelettes! I also get my beef patties customized and it tastes amazing! Also great customer service, as the owners are very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice breakfast

There is something about this place that shows me the owners are not friendly to have some rules in the shop.

First of all, the bathroom is always on “out of service” sign but only works for their customers. There’s sign saying you will charge more if you pay be credit cards. Then there’s only 30mins allow for coffee time. And “no touching the plants” and no touching the window.

The coffee itself is better value than Starbucks for 5 dollar large mocha u get a grande size.

I would give a three star until the cashier told me off about taking a photo of a sign next to their cashier machine (which has no one there and no money shown) insisted it is not allowed and it is legal.

The coffee shop a lot windows and easy to find parking. What a shame to the service. Couldn’t have done so much better.

Maybe a lot of students are coming here to sit for free and damaging things or using toilets without buying stuff? I felt like a school cafeteria?

Great customer service and professionalism! I enjoy my coffee there every morning! There is a wonderful atmosphere with great staff.

Came here a week ago and got a mango drink. Walked in and saw many red flags (can't sit at a table for more than 30 minutes, signs telling you not to touch things, can't bring your own food, etc). I got a guy as my cashier and he was rude, impatient, and ignorant. He does not know how to treat a customer with kindness. He started making the drink even before I payed. It tasted like water and canned mango pieces blended together. If you pay with card they charge you an extra dollar which is ridiculous. The prices are outrageous and I will not be coming here again.

Great customer and professionalism every time I come in. The food is always fresh. The staff is always so welcoming and great. Great place to stop by.

Very bad service. Me and my friends got yelled at just because we were thinking about what we should order and we were asked to leave in a very disrespectful way. I think this type of service will really make the costumers uncomfortable. Definitely never going back again.

Horrible customer service! Not even 5 minutes in, me and my friends were yelled at. We were told to order something and if not, to leave the property. He didn't even ask us politely, and before we could respond, we were told to get out. My friend wanted to order something, but wasn't given the time to think. Another time, when my sister visited there, she said the coffee tasted like straight up ice with milk unlike any other coffee. We didn't even bring any kind of outside food (including home food) into the coffee shop, so still doesn't justify the actions toward the customers.

Me and my group of friends entered the store, immediately we got yelled at to order and if not, to get out. At the time, we were still deciding and were off put with the given service. While we were deciding, he told us to get out and not disturb the residence, we weren’t even doing anything just deciding what to order. Then we decided to leave because of the awful customer service.
