Coffee Way Donuts

Best donuts around! They're actually freshly baked and not frozen and the coffee isn't made from the cheapest beans on the planet *cough* I'm clearly saying, go here instead of Tim Horton's.

Very amazing food! I was absolutely shocked when I had their donuts. They exceeded my expectations greatly!

Tasty pastries! I tried a chocolate croissant once which I really liked, and I also tried some of the breakfast options which were also tasty!

Bought 4 different desserts for four members family of ours. My 3 years old got a brownie. Since she is a kid and might drop it while she eats that brownie, we asked to get a plastic container which came with other three desserts but the cashier/ server refused to give it saying “i cant give that”. I couldn’t understand why a simple container cant be given to a customer which i am pretty sure not even 5 cents. I have nt seen a single restaurant or coffee shop where customers are denied to get a simple disposable food container.

They had nice donuts, better than tim Hortons. I liked the Fritters, jelly donuts, French cruller but many of the better options were sold out by noon so come early.

Doughnuts here are the best in town. We went into the store to buy two doughnuts (1 double chocolate and 1 strawberry jelly filled) and they were out of the jelly filled ones. The young lady that was working went to the back to see if there were any available. She came out and the guys making the doughnuts made her one special just so she could have the one she wanted! Overall amazing customer service.

Always fresh, coffee isn't the best but for donuts and sausage rolls their amazing! Well priced and fairly well located!

Had an egg salad sandwich but the bread was kinda dry and it was made with the heel of the bread which I thought was disappointing

AWESOME donuts! If and when in Kingston and you want fresh, great tasting donuts GO HERE! I came in from Ottawa for these!

Nothing but the best. A great business, run well by polite friendly workers. Great good. They are great!

The donuts were above average, but probably more expensive than they should be. The cashier needs more training as she doesn't actually talk to the customers like a human being, just takes orders like a robot. She set the filthy debit machine down on our box of donuts showing that she doesn't understand hygiene either. As long as she's trained to take payments I guess, right?

Very disappointed has to wait at the counter while one staff member smoked outside and the other could clearly see me but ignored me and continued to do work in the back when I got my dozen donuts and brought them home they were stayle

The best donuts in town! They have a variety of donuts and other Canadian delicacies like Nanaimo bars, butter tarts, etc. You should definitely give them a try.

This place has some of the largest baked goods I've ever seen! Recommend the cookies, sausage rolls and/or fritters, but due to the size, you've got to go in there hungry! ;-)

Used to be an awesome place great environment untill the owner let go the best worker there! It used to be 5 star but since Sam was caned the place is falling apart & going down hill fast!

I come here too often. But no regrets- I haven't been able to eat donuts made anywhere else in town. Very tasty - as you remember from your childhood- and very reasonably priced. Go now- don't delay.

Coffee Way‘s donuts are always delicious, no matter what time of the day you visit (but if you want variety, make sure to get there early). Great prices considering their superior quality to chain coffee shops. Personally, I‘m not a huge fan of their coffee, but the baked goods are worth a trip on their own.

It's odd because the hysteria around the lies grew way to quickly with no others claiming similar experiences. Almost like some sponsored campaign to ruin coffee way. The faceless person spreading the lies has concerns with Starbucks unions in the states as well. Doesn't feel honest IMO.

We had the apple spice, strawberry and fritter donuts. Very soft and pillowy and not overly sweet. Very enjoyable and we had to come back for seconds!

We came back for honey glaze, toasted coconut, maple, sour glaze, lemon and cinnamon twist fritter. The honey glaze/toasted coconut, maple and sour glaze were equally impressive. Definitely will be back again when we’re in the area

This place is really something that is beloved and special to everyone that I have met in Kingston. The great tasting donuts explain why! Love the chocolate cake!

If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. My friend was turned down for an INTERVIEW, because they are a women. The person who was going to conduct the interview said “oh, I didn’t realize you were a women. This is a man’s job. You have to lift things. ” They were then told to leave. This is highly unacceptable.

No line up great service staff smiling efficient polite. Young hardworking probably students. Getting real hands on experience

I decided to grab a dozen donuts today and a couple of croissant sandwiches. Donuts are great as usual. But I opened up the sandwich to put some mustard on and it has two slices of cooked ham and half of a cheese slice. Man so not worth the money I paid today. Very disappointed!

Love this little coffee shop wish it was in a better area of town. Coffee is great donuts are awesome! And the other baked treats look amazing!

Lady with long blonde hair bad customer service and had a attitude.  She is always unhappy, and she will never be gentle.
