Closed on Thursday and Friday. Told I could go there to pick up an item. Now have to wait 2 more days.

It took me 3 days to get through to them. I kept getting hung up on. They need more employees and a better phone service.

Good luck if you ever need a technician. They will lie about appointment times, make no attempt to contact you and leave while saying customer is not home. Avoid cogeco for your home internet needs
