Cogeco’s call center service is worst than anything. Their cSR are not trained fully they promise something and Cogeco charge something else. They disconnect calls by saying placing you on hold and never provide solution.i will never recommend Cogeco service to anyone. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

The sales associate Roy was very helpful at the Burlington storefront- Cogeco Cable Burlington Centre. I highly recommend going to Roy for help!

Waited an hour to get my modem switched. Looks like there’s a storage of staff at this location.
Long line up wait and inadequate of staff to help the customers!
Avoid going to this location unless you have tons of time to stand and waste.

Great service

However.how can Cogeco justify so few service centres across their vast domain!? !? !

Have to drive over 60 minutes to return faulty equipment … unacceptable!

I went to the Cogeco Burlington store and dealt with Tanya. She was courteous and knowledgeable. I wanted to change up our package but didn’t know what and how to do it. She checked and asked what we required. She was thorough and adjusted it accordingly. Very happy. Thank you Tanya!

We were really disappointed with the service provided by our existing internet provider and were told to visit the local Cogeco store to see if they can assist. So glad we did.

Harsh was phenomenal and was super helpful. He took his time to patiently walk us through the whole process and went above and beyond to see if we could get our new connection installed as soon as possible. Funny thing was, the person he assisted ahead of us, left the store smiling and telling us "This guy is the best, trust me". We made sure to pass the baton to the customer after us without any hesitation. Most importantly he suggested a plan that was the perfect "need" vs "want" example. So glad we met him. Thank you Harsh / Cogeco team.

I have had a brutal day dealing with a billing issue
I finally came into Burlington mall and dealt with Mellisa and Manav
Finally these people were able to help me understand and correct my issue

This company has to have some of the worst customer service I've seen.

I've never had an easy encounter anytime I've had to call and even now can't get a hold of someone to cancel these services.

They will keep you on hold all day when you try to cancel their overpriced services

Time to call the BBB and see if they can actually get through to them because I sure can't.

Can't wait until I'm finally free of Cogeco once and for all

Visited the Burlington Centre Storefront today. We had not been out in a retail setting since Covid started. We had a couple of controllers that were a bit worse for wear over the last few years.
Walked up to Manav who was very accommodating and friendly. He had me on my way with a couple of new remotes within minutes.

Visited the Burlington, Guelph Line store. The customer support representative, Roy, was very helpful in providing me with all the information I required in selecting my Cogeco package. All questions were answered and he helped in selecting the best Cogeco package for me. I was able to make my decision fully informed, right then and there. Thank you for your knowledge and kind help Roy.

After some challenges with the call centre, I visited this Cogeco location to see if they could assist me and make things right. Melissa was absolutely amazing, and she is the reason I will continue to be a customer.

The store staff were nice and friendly, I was returning a device as I have changed carriers due to the constant increase in pricing. The company gets a 1 however the employees at the retail shop were good. There was no wait and 3 employees working at the time of my visit.

I spoke to an incredible representative today named Claire who like me also lives in the Burlington area. Claire was soft spoken, knowledgeable, offered me an unbeatable package (10x the speed of Bells fastest for $40 less, I also get 2 pods to extend any potential weak wireless signals), Quick and Fast installation dates and times (Bell - Didn’t even come to our scheduled appointment the day I took off work, they have been telling me for 5 years that we will be getting Fiber Optics within 6 months - this is yet another Marketing Scheme bell scams it’s customers with because very few homes have a fiberoptic line setup in their house hold, they were working on our neighbour’s internet and snipped our line in the process. They tried to drive off and my wife had to literally chase down their vehicle and ask them if they did something to the internet in which they did and in which they were aware of but just didn’t want to do the work to fix it!). I pay for the best Bell Service which is 100mbs DL vs Cogeco’s 1GB, 10X the speed of bells fastest. I also scheduled another appointment with Bell as I have been requesting the Bell Hub 4000 because our internet is so poor that we can’t use our devices. The kids can’t game, we have dead spots all over the house and testing speeds show that I am getting on average/best 10mb DL and 6/7MB upload which is horrendous, that’s similar to speeds from 20 plus years ago! Thank the Heavenly Father for Claire from Cogeco who has taken care of everything with me. Just so you are all aware, according to the governing body in Ontario for Internet the CRTC: - 3. Cancellation date. A customer may cancel their contract at any time by notifying their service provider. A service provider must cancel service on the day requested by the customer or by another party acting on behalf of the customer. Thus, I can call Bell and will happily cancel right after my internet is installed. Thanks Clair & Cogeco!

Horrible company, I’ve only used them because it’s one of the only options. Now Starlink is available i have pre ordered that and can get away from cogeco!

I just visited the Cogeco location at Burlington Mall to ensure everything is all set for my install later this month.

I had an incredible experience with Cogeco representative, Melissa. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. She has an outstanding personality and makes you feel like you’re a VIP. She’s amazing.
