Amazing customer service. They are completely professional, always punctual and immediate responses to emails. I had a tree removal completed and the speed for which it was done from start to finish was outstanding. They are the best choice for anything related to trees.

My dealings with Ray, Tait and his crew and with Briana have been everything I hoped for. All are extremely friendly, helpful and were able to allay my various fears regarding potential damage to my fence, my shrubs and my prized serviceberry bush as a result of a major pruning job. There was no damage as a result of trimming the dead elm in my yard, despite the very difficult terrain. The crew was punctual, neat and our special requests were happily granted. All work was done flawlessly and to our full satisfaction. We will certainly recommend Cohen & Masters to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable tree service company.

Rob and his team did a great job pruning and trimming several trees in our yard. They arrived right on time, worked throughout the day, answered all my questions and cleaned up completely.

We had to get 4 large spruce trees removed and 2 trees planted, and the team did a great job. They were on-time, fast, very polite, cleaned up, super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us select trees for replanting and walk us through all the processes. They also took care of getting the permit so we didn't have to do any of that admin work with the city. Would for sure recommend them for tree work

The guys were prompt and courteous as always and did an excellent job. I've been using Cohen & Master for a number of years now and have always been pleased with their work. The only complaint is that they rest the gas equipment on the lawn and leave a number of dead patches of grass every year that I end up having to fix.
