Sooo I cannot say anything that really speaks to the amazing service I have received from Cold Turkey.its always so personal and so helpful. Especially through the pandemic. The Juices are my fav.every flavor blows my mind. I especially am in love with their Cold Turkey Originals. Toodles and Rufio are my go to. When I need coils or gear they are always so knowledgable. I promise you will love this juice. <3

Hands Down The Best Vape Shop in Burlington! Wide variety of juice and hardware available. Much better than Twisted Coils for selection and pricing. Same day delivery in Burlington Is amazing and prompt. I just purchased the VooPoo Argus Pro and this little device is absolutely amazing, def recommended! Great Customer service as well. Would rate 7 star if I could!

Well, I'm updating my review. This shop has improved 300% in the last 6 months. They only carry the best ejuice, diacetyl, acetoin, and ap free. The old arrogant staff have been replaced with awesome people who are willing to help all customers, new and old. The owner and staff actually read the reviews and take every step to correct issues. Plus, they have such a great selection of devices and ejuice. If I could give more stars I would. Thoroughly impressed and this is now my go-to vape shop.

I had to change my 5 star rating to 3 stars because when they first opened they had other employees that knew their product that have all left. Now when I go in they are still very nice and all but they really dont know what they're talking about.if you ask about tanks the only ones they suggest are the most expensive ones they carry instead of figuring out what wattage you vape at and what tanks have the best coils for what you need.same thing for mods, just slinging the expensive ones. I wish they get better at their game with gear again! I'll always go for the toodles but they're losing out on lots of money for my mods and tanks.

Where to start. New to vaping or a steeped vaper Cold Turkey is where you need to be. I've been coming to cold Turkey for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Excellent customer service and amazing selection! The House juice is fire!

I've been trying to quit smoking for the last month, but hadn't found much luck in finding a flavour I could smoke daily. Been to a few shops, but it wasn't until Cold Turkey where I found some flavors I could use to replace my nic habit. The gentlemen in the store took me to the flavor bar (Where you can sample) and answered all my questions and explained some of the finer points of vaping you wouldn't know on your own (even after countless online videos). Luckily I live in Burlington, but I'd easily drive a few hours (and past many other vape shops) to go back here as they care about their products, they know about their products, and they're genuinely interested in making sure their customers get the right product. Customer for life.

Hi I just wanted to say I came in to your store Monday or Tuesday i bought the Smok stick prince baby. A gentalmen by the name of Rich helped me.not only was the process great his knowledge and expertise was above and beyond.

I started having issues with my Vape yesterday (FRIDAY) with leakage and popping kinda sounds.now being a first time user of a vape. I started to get concerned.was I using it right? Have I done something for it to not be working properly? A million question i had flooded through my head.so Saturday in the car i go.back to the shop.as Rich said any issues or questions dont hesitate to come in.so I drove down

I was greeted ly a young blonde with longish hair (sorry I forget her name.) very sweet girl. I told her what was happening and wouldn't you know she helped me figure it out.not only did she help me she cleaned my new device and put it back together with zero hassle.so friendly.when she asked me to try it to see how it worked now.of course my battery died. I thanked her and went on my way home.to charge my dead vape.got home plugged the vape in let it charge 30 min.but the 3 light button was coming on.meaning still dead no charge. I panic.now what the hell did I do!? !

well I called the store young lady answered.once again told her I'm not sure but my vape was on charge for 30 min and it's not working or turning on.she then instructed wh as t I should do.wouldnt you know BAM it works

so now I'm smoking my vape and what an incrediable experience.it works better then when I first got it. I am so pleased with the service the care the understanding and knowledge of the staff there at cold turkey.you guys rock!

I've tried many vape stores, and I mean MANY, but none came as close as amazing as cold turkey, I've bought numerous amount of juices from here and they've always came through with the best ones that they have. Very honest and helpful staff! I'm in Mississauga and I'd say its worth the commute to go here. I'd highly recommend this place hands down!

Almost two years ago I decided to quit smoking. Cold turkey was my go to vape shop since day one. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I also LOOOVE CTJ tastes amazing.
